Excellent service! Fiji Airways arrived earlier than expected, but Xplore Fiji Transfer & Tour was there within a few minutes of my arriving at the arrivals gate. Sahil was very helpful and got me to my hotel quickly and safely. Highly recommend.

We had Ravi as our driver and he drove us to the intercontinental which is about an hour drive, during the drive he showed us all different sight along the way, he even gave us some Fijian cooking lessons. We used Ravi again for one of our tours that he suggested and he took us to the temple, mud baths and village tour. I highly recommend Ravi for his friendly and professional approach.
This review is solely for the front end portion (arrival transfer) of this round-trip transfer package. Communication was great a day before arrival with directions on where and when to meet our driver. Once we arrived, the driver was ready to receive us and quickly guided us to the vehicle. The van was very nice, clean, and comfortable after an 11 hour flight. The driver (Muddy as he is nicknamed) provided us with information about the area, places recommended, and a brief overview of our resort location. Travel time to the hotel was about 20-25 minutes. Door to door service was fantastic. Looking forward to similar service on our departure transfer portion.

Great experience we had a driver pick us up from Fiji airport. He was there waiting when we landed and took us straight to the hotel . Very comfortable trip and pleasant driver . Same experience on our return as well . Highly recommend them and the price was good .

Our driver was great! Even with our flight delayed almost an hour and a half our driver tracked our flight status and was there waiting for us on the other side of customs with a sign with our name on it. Our driver was professional, with a lot of of local knowledge which really helped start our trip off right. I would highly recommend the service.
The driver met us at the airport. He found us easily, and was very personable and informative in the drive. Booking on the way back to the airport was easy.
Great transfer experience from the airport to our hotel. Mud met us at the exit and was very kind. Ravi took us back to the airport and he had a wealth of knowledge about Fiji.
The drive is easy and comfortable. Our driver was not waiting for us when we exited the airport. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to find him. Once he had been located, the transfer was smooth and easy. The return trip from our hotel was much easier. This driver (Mud) was on time, courteous and informative. We will be asking for him by name next time!

Very safe affordable and friendly drivers! We had Sam on our way to the resort and he was great! Stopped at a grocery store and at a liquor store for us. On the way back we had Ravi, a great laugh, a great story teller and got us to the airport in perfect timing! Around was a great trip with Xplore and would recommend!
The driver we had was so patient. We had a delayed flight and then further delays in the airport because of damaged luggage and he was so happy to wait and it just wasn’t an issue.

Imoo was our driver for our airport to hotel transfer after we landed in Fiji(Nadi). Imoo was professional hospitable kind thoughtful and was a wonderful driver. Our airline had lost our luggage and Imoo had to wait 90 mins before we were able to leave baggage claim, instead of being rude or upset bc it took so long, he immediately if he could call his boss and extend his time with us so that he could take us downtown to shop for clothes and essentials before our one hour drive to the intercontinental Fiji resort where we were going to stay. He also brought us to a local cafe so that we could eat breakfast and have coffee while we waited for the clothing stores to open since we landed at 5am and it was early. I would highly recommend this company for RT transfer! We requested Imoo again to bring us back to the airport at the end of our trip. Thank you Imoo!
