Very easy. Booked on the app and they were waiting at the airport with a sign with our name on it. Just know the name of the company as the different companies stand in different areas. Driver was very personable and friendly. Highly recommmend!

Felt like a movie star!

Clear instructions were given ahead of time regarding where to locate. The driver tracked my flight which was delayed an hour. He held a sign with my name. Made me feel like I was in a movie! Our driver was friendly and offered advice on what to do in the area as well as safety tips in nearby cities. The price was much better than the cruise line’s transfer price, and we didn’t have to wait on a bus for everyone else to arrive. Definitely recommend.

We booked before we boarded our flight in Sydney. Driver was waiting at Nadi airport. The car was big and spotlessly clean. Driver was friendly. It is definitely better than dealing with taxis. Choose a booking time 30- 45 minutes after arrival, especially if at the back of the plane!

Our driver (Reddy) was there and gave us an exceptional ride to our hotel. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and a great introduction to Fijian people. He kept the car cool for us as we were not acclimated to the Fiji heat yet. Hopefully we get him for our ride back to the airport in a few days. I highly recommend this transfer service.
