Our driver (Reddy) was there and gave us an exceptional ride to our hotel. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and a great introduction to Fijian people.
He kept the car cool for us as we were not acclimated to the Fiji heat yet.
Hopefully we get him for our ride back to the airport in a few days. I highly recommend this transfer service.

We had a large family group of 13, including 7 children in the group. Staff were punctual, friendly, helpful with luggage, the carseats were installed ready for use on pick up and the air-conditioned vehicles were great. Woudl highly recommend.

The company was late to pick me up but after I called to speak with someone, they sent a driver within 10minutes and I was on my way! Good experience after that... the driver was friendly, professional, and got me to my hotel without any issues.
Definitely better to schedule & pay before you arrive. I paid $9 for the pick up when I scheduled it before I left the USA. However, when the company was late to arrive, other drivers tried to charge me $25 o-0 to drop me off to my hotel.

Our flight was a hour late but he tracked the flight and was at the airport to meet us. One slight problem was that he started taking us to the wrong hotel ...his boss has given home the wrong name. Mention exactly where you are going at the start of the journey to avoid a mistake.

Clear instructions were given ahead of time regarding where to locate. The driver tracked my flight which was delayed an hour. He held a sign with my name. Made me feel like I was in a movie! Our driver was friendly and offered advice on what to do in the area as well as safety tips in nearby cities. The price was much better than the cruise line’s transfer price, and we didn’t have to wait on a bus for everyone else to arrive. Definitely recommend.

Very easy. Booked on the app and they were waiting at the airport with a sign with our name on it. Just know the name of the company as the different companies stand in different areas. Driver was very personable and friendly. Highly recommmend!

Our flight was late arriving, the bags took forever to get unloaded but our driver was still patiently waiting with a smile and even a cheeky joke as we got to the car. We were 45 minutes after our book in time but it was a fabulous reception either way.
