Shuttle Company has office at Airport as soon as you exit Customs. Easyvto walk to it and let them know you have reservations. I was out of Airport within minutes. Driver was super nice and took me to my lodging with minutes. Great Service

We decided to take the Rosie transfer bus to our resort, the Warwick on the Coral Coast based on previous reviews.Taking the bus made the transfer longer as we had to wait for other people and make drops offs in the 5 category. There was no commentary from our driver and it was cheaper to catch a taxi around to the Coral Coast as there was only two of us. After being on a plane for 4hrs with screaming kids I really did not enjoy being on a small cramped bus with screaming kids for another 2.5hrs.Will catch a taxi next time.

Quick and easy check in for services. As soon as you exit from baggage collection you will see people that organise transfers. Check which one you need and go from there. The service was very good. My driver waited patiently as I attempted to check in to other transfers. I really appreciated him teaching me some basic words along the way and just letting me know relevant information / traditions / etc

Vehicle wasn't ready. We waited while driver went and got a an old SUV and took us to Sofitel, which turned out OK. He chatted freely with good insights into Fiji life.

My only concern was coming out of the airport I was unclear as to who to see. Thinking I was looking for Viator was confusing at first but the locals put me onto Rosie's quickly. It was a little confusing. Service was excellent.

Our flight arrived early at Nadi airport by 40 minutes due to an early departure but the local hostess and driver were at the airport ready for our pick-up. Additionally, the driver was knowledgeable and informative with the local history and culture. Extremely satisfied with the service received.

The driver was very friendly and told us about sights and things about the town on our way to the hotel. However we did have to wait about 30 minutes before departing the airport for our hotel. After travelling for several hours you may not be interested in waiting in the heat until the driver is ready to depart, just remember you are on Fiji time!

It was fine, a little pricey. No problems. What was unusual was that the price to the airport was different that the price from the airport. This did not make sense to me since it is a shared ride and the same distance either way. This van could have had better air conditioning.
