Driver was there waiting for us and we had clear instructions. They got us to our resort quickly and were talking to us about the area and things too which helped pass the time.

Reliable service, they even confirm before the flight arrival via WhatsApp. Great overall experience. And we even stop by on our way to the hotel to buy water etc.

Great and efficient service. The driver was awaiting us in the arrivals terminal and proceeded to transport us in a large, new Hiace with plenty of room for us and our luggage. The journey to our hotel was smooth and easy and he even stopped at a local mini mart to grab some supplies before getting to our hotel. Highly recommended! Vinaka!

The driver was waiting for us at the airport. Our name was clearly marked so easy to find him. We had a good driver who got us safely to our hotel in Natadola which is about an hour away from the airport.

Very nice driver. The directions to meet said to meet at International arrivals. He was around the corner at shuttle services. I texted him, but his text didn’t come through for some reason until much later. We did locate him without too much hassle. He offered to stop at a convenience store, which was very nice and helpful.

Our driver Parnish was excellent. Waiting with a sign upon arrival. He drove very safely. He even stopped at a grocery store where we were able to stock up on items. I mentioned a desire to attend a church service, and he took us to one a bit down the road. Wonderful experience.

Our driver was friendly and accommodating. As we arrived at 7.30 pm he asked if we wanted to stop somewhere and have dinner first - whatever we wanted. We chose to get to the hotel as it was approximately 1 hour away and in the dark. He asked if we were happy with the music he was playing- which we were. And most importantly he was a careful and safe driver.

I was travelling with my parents who are elderly, our flight was slightly delayed and I was a little stressed at the airport waiting for luggage, money exchange and getting new sims. This should be your first choice for transport. We arrived in Fiji and our bags didn’t. None of them. Our wonderful driver took us for a detour to Jack’s for some clothes and swimmers, before bringing us to the hotel. A class service. Tip number 1, use Viator for transport. Tip number 2, take a cabin bag with 2 days of clothes.

It was easy to book online and the driver was waiting for us once we had cleared immigration and customs with our name on a sign. We had 5 adults travelling with luggage and there was plenty of room in the van, which was immaculately clean.
The driver even stopped at a local supermarket so we could buy some essentials (beer, wine, snacks).
No hesitation in recommending this service. It was also a great price.
