I paid for a private transfer. They didn't receive me. When I found someone from the same company, they came down. Apparently their driver didn't turn up. I was made to wait and then dumped in a dated yellow taxi which would have costed me half of the price I paid. The car was old, dated so it really gave a bad start to my trip.
I should get 50% money back.
