Get Ready for Excellent Experience!

I was lucky enough to book this experience for my 40th birthday and it turned out to be my favorite experience while in Mykonos. I booked the experience a few days before it occurred and the communication was excellent throughout the process. The experience occurred at The Chrisma Hotel. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating! I worked out with a trainer who was absolutely fantastic. I mentioned that I was training for a half marathon and the exercises were geared toward lower body strength and conditioning. The workout was challenging and fun at the same time. After working out in the clean and beautiful space, I also did the ice bath, and compression therapy. After the workout lunch is offered and I got a very tasty brownie with candle. I am definitely grateful to the staff for going out the way for an excellent experience!

This was the Ultimate Wellness Day Spa our trainer Jordan & his assistant was very pleasant & made you feel completely comfortable. My 2 cousins & I did the experience together & we are so glad we chose this experience during our visit to Mykonos. Jordan started us off at the outdoor gym overlooking the water which was the most relaxing & peaceful workout experience ever !!!! It was then followed up by recovery therapy a hot tub cold plunge combo . Where we alternated between hot & cold water immersion to boost our circulation & reduce muscle soreness. Followed by a really good massage. And topped off by a full course meal . This place is definitely one of Mykonos hidden gems. I would absolutely recommend this experience to my family & friends & anyone visiting Mykonos 💕💕💕

Excellent wellness day which combined both training with relaxation. The trainer Tamara was amazing and knowledgable, personalizing the workout to your preferences. The whole ambiance was also perfect.

I had the most wholesome wellness day experience spending the day at this beautiful facility 👌 I opted to take the package of personal training followed by Yoga and some cupping therapy. The tranquil environment and the stunning views made me feel so rejuvenated after my training. I also spent a couple of hours afterwards at the beautiful swimming pool of the venue sunbathing and enjoying the delicious food :) It was so cool that during my session there was a professional athlete training at the same time. I couldn't recommend this experience enough, it was the perfect break in between our busy Mykonos party schedule!
