This is an excellent private tour of Mykonos! Our guide, Mariana was wonderful and very friendly! She was full of local knowledge and had great reccomendations too. I highly reccomend this tour with her, it felt like we met a friend that day!

Our guide Cristos was great! He knows the island very well and took us to some really great spots in Mykonos town before taking us by car to some nice places all over the island including a lighthouse, 4 different beaches, a delicious beer tasting, ice cream, and even gave us some history and insights into the local culture. Cristos was very good-natured even though I was sick that day and was not at my best. He was flexible and was able to suggest some wonderful activities for us. Would definitely recommend!

We had a private tour with our guide Pako and a driver, costas. They were excellent! Pako took us to all of the highlights of Mykonos including the lighthouse with incredible views. All along the way, he explained the history and significance of the island and the places we passed and visited. He took us to a beautiful beach club where we had time to experience the beach and the beach bar. We saw many interesting sites, including historic churches and we finished the tour walking thru Little Venice from the highest point down to the seaport area. It was a great tour and one we would highly recommend for a personalized experience of this fascinating Island.

Favorite Part of Vacation

This Private tour was amazing in every way! The tour guide made it perfect for us! We were taken to several locations around Mykonos that were not jammed packed with people, which gave us a good feel for the island. We went to a lighthouse with water views in every direction, a beach where we put our feet in the water and refreshed with fresh pineapple juice afterwards, and we ate at a quaint little bakery where our guide purchased a Greek traditional snack for us to try. Last, we explored Little Venice where the guide walked us around showing us all the magical spots, including where to eat for lunch. After we got home from vacation, my family said this tour was their favorite part of our entire trip.

Mykonos with Christos

Mykronos was our favorite stop on our Greek island tour. We were met at the cruise ship terminal and had a fantastic time with Christos. He showed us the major sites of the island and catered to our specific requests. It was a fantastic tour at the pace we desired and we appreciated Christos, his insights, and his assistance (especially with the restaurant reservations and photos). Andy was such a great guide for me and my husband today! He drove us around to a few sights, found us a BEAUTIFUL spot to spend an hour or two on a beach (with great restaurant- not crowded!). He then picked us up and walked us through Old Port shopping area- we hit all the special shops that you wouldn’t find otherwise, including a bakery dating back to medieval times! Andy was wonderful company and super flexible with whatever we needed. Very thoughtful and kind. Highly recommend :)

Could have been much more enjoyable

The tour was okay, but not exactly as advertised. There was no proper follow-through on the advertised itinerary. Asking guests with no prior experience of the city for ideas on what to visit gave the impression that the tour wasn’t well prepared. Also, providing air conditioning and offering cold bottled water would have made the experience more comfortable. With more structure and attention to detail, this could have been much more enjoyable.

Regarding comfort, Christos did inform us that he offered you the choice regarding air conditioning, and your wife responded that the breeze with the windows down was comfortable enough. As for water, we provide it during the stop at the ice cream shop—another local touch we like to include to keep things relaxed and authentic. From Christos’ feedback, it seemed there may not have been a strong connection during the experience, and we’re truly sorry that this impacted your enjoyment. Our guide Christos picked us up and quickly began telling us about the island. We saw the whole island from top to the ocean. He provided us info on the history and the culture. We walked through the City Center and Christos customized our tour based on our skill level navigating the terrains. We had lunch and ice cream which was delicious. We saw local gems you might miss. Our guide was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour.

Great tour guide and driver. we toured the island first then walked around the center of town near the windmills and Little Venice. Lots of shops and restaurants. Surprised how barren and brown the island is except for the spots along the coast. It hasn't rained there x 6 months.

Mykonos tour

Christos was fabulous! We started out with a walking tour for about an hour seeing the windmills, little venice and the port area. We then drove around the city. He has a deep knowledge of the area and was very friendly. He took us around the island to the best ice cream shop and to a market to try some greek delicacies. He made sure we saw everything we wanted and even some 'secret' spots for great views and pictures. He made sure we were on time for our cruise timeline with a bit of time for shopping in the port. The communication with the company was easy and efficient. Would not hesitate to use the company, and especially Christos again.

Great Introduction to Greece

This tour was our first introduction to Greece and it couldn’t have been better. Everything went our way - we got an early tender ride off the ship and the weather was perfect. Mykonos is a rocky island with a rugged beauty. Our local driver and guide, Andy, was in constant communication with us and adjusted his schedule to meet us early as we came in. Andy lives locally and knows the territory and history well. We had a wonderful day with Andy as he stretched out our half-day tour a little to show us many of the scheduled sights as well as off the path places of interest the big tour buses weren’t going to. We started with a walk through the narrow streets of town, worked our way through “little venice” and over to the famous windmills. Noticing my camera, Andy also guided me to the best places for some creative photography. We then took to the car and saw the lighthouse, a quiet and beautiful monastery, and investigated some family chapels as well as interesting houses and archeological remains on the inner parts of the island. Keeping with the photography, Andy showed us several stops with spectacular vistas. As we didn’t care to “get our feet wet” we simply drove by two of the beaches for a view and spent more of our time with other sights, the history, and taking great pictures. As we wrapped up, Andy took us back to town and gave us some restaurant recommendations for lunch. We took in one of those for a meal beside the water before taking the tender back to the ship. This was a great tour and visit to wonderful Mykonos. We appreciate we were in great hands with Andy for this first trip to Greece.
