Petros and his colleague were extremely reliable and customer friendly! They sent a message via WhatsApp with a picture of their vehicles and let me know they would be at the pickup point. Our plans changed a bit and they were very flexible, friendly, and kind. Thank you for the first class transfer!!!!

On time, courteous, clean and comfortable for both pickups. Our group of 16 were picked up from the ship port. Due to our group size two vans were required. Both vans were clean and comfortable and both drivers were friendly and courteous.

Petros (sp.?) was exceptional - arrived early, called to make sure we were ok, took my mother’s bag like a gentleman, and gave such great insight into Mykonos, Athens, and Syros, including restaurant recs that would up being *outstanding.* After a 12-hour journey, Petros was the happy face and calm demeanor we needed. (Not to mention the giant, sleek and very comfortable van.) Would absolutely seek out this company. Start out your trip on the right foot. We are so glad we did.

When I requested a sprinter van to pick up 4 adults with luggage at 6pm was surprised to be greeted with a 4 door sedan at 6:25pm. After waiting even more time the correct vehicle arrived only to be told the van may not be able to make it to our hotel because of the narrow street. When asked what the plan was the driver said “we’ll see”. Not exactly reassuring.
We did make it but this experience was not how one wanted to start a vacation.

Hello. The plan was the sedan to take you to your hotel smoothly but you insisted to have the minibus. After all it was already there parked three minutes away like you noticed. You realized on our way that it was not a good choice of vehicle. I apologize for the difficulties you faced with accessing your hotel due to the narrow streets and traffic congestion in the area. It can certainly be frustrating when the minibus that you booked cannot navigate the streets and especially when we arrived at the hotel, that the hotel staff did not provide the assistance you expected even after i called them three times to have the gate open and let us in, which they didn’t do it. Having the hotel staff just staring at us and not opening the gate while we were already blocking the road it is a way to understand why we use sedans to access that area. Apparently you didn’t and that is why you left that review. I apologize for the difficulties you faced accessing your hotel due to the lack of assistance from the hotel staff and I hope I did not ruined your holidays. It can be frustrating when these challenges arise and impact your experience.
