Meet your guide in Fabriqa Square in Mykonos Town in time for the scheduled departure time. Traveling aboard a comfortable tour bus, set out to take in the island’s highlights, starting in Mykonos Town.
Jump out to explore the maze-like streets of the Old Town, lined with pretty white-painted buildings; admire the historic Mykonos windmills; and pose for photos with Petros The Pelican, the mascot of Mykonos.
Continue along the coast, passing picturesque fishing villages and sandy beaches. Stop in Ano Mera village, where you’ll have free time to explore or visit the 16th-century Panagia Tourliani monastery. Make a final stop at Kalafatis beach, where you can stroll along the beach or enjoy a coffee break (own expense) at one of the seafront cafés.
On the way back to Mykonos, pause at one of the island’s best viewpoints to enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding islands.
Your tour ends back in Fabriqa Square.

The company contacted us the afternoon before the tour, advising us that it MAY be cancelled due to low participation.
We replied in the evening asking them to please let us know either way as we wanted to make other arrangements if the tour was not going ahead.
They did not respond.
We messaged them a second time in the morning and again no response.
As we received no message advising that the tour was officially cancelled, we arrived at the agreed meeting point just before 9 am.
At 9am we called them twice and they did not answer even though they were online all the time.
At 9:04am they then wrote "Good morning unfortunately the tour will not operate today. We are sorry"
When we expressed our disappointment, they wrote "We had informed you since yesterday at 4:00 pm !"
The company knows how much tourists pay to visit Mykonos and that their time/schedule is usually very limited so they should be much quicker and clear in their communication.
They said they would issue us a refund but it has now been three days and no refund has been received.
We have messaged them asking for an update in this regard and, unsurprisingly, they have not responded.
Please use GetYourGuide, the difference in communication and customer service is significant.

Half way through the walking tour of Mykonos Town we became separated from the group as our guide was moving quite fast through the maze of Mykonos streets.
We could not find our group, So we continued to the windmills and the meeting point by ourselves. No tour guide in sight. Tour guide did not wait to check that everyone was still following her which resulted in us finding our own way. Very disappointing!

Going through the streets (walkways)of the city. Even with 1/2 the tour being cancelled it was not the fault of the guide it was the city loved what we did get to do

We were scheduled for a tour and the day prior our ferry boat canceled our ride to island due to high winds. (We were told this was common) we had to rearrange our schedule the tour company before this tour was a boat activity no problem understood and no problem rearranging refund. . However this company refused to give refund….there are other companies giving same tour my review recommends them.

You never contacted us to let us know that you would not join the tour, so you were considered as non-show.

This trip was so badly organized and such a waste of money!!
The tour began with hotel pick-ups and drop-offs for those who organized it. Please beware that the default tour does not include the hotel transfers in the price and you need to pay extra to have this service. It is chaotic and poorly organized and the tour guide did not know we had booked the transfers despite paying for it. Also it is sensible to have an idea of the cost as the transfer company tries to fleece you. The guy asked us to pay 40 Euros despite my voucher clearly stating that this was just 28 Euros. After an argument over this, he finally agreed to honour the voucher. There are many other local tour companies who include the hotel transfers for a better price.
The tour itself began in Fabrica Square waiting around for 30 minutes for people to arrive from their different hotels - then we did a walk around the old town with the guide. She pointed out the narrow streets and stories behind the town. We also saw Petros the Pelican and the magnificent windmills of Mykonos. This was the best part of the tour.
Then we did a 1 hour bus drive around town with the guide trying her best to make the sights seem interesting but there is nothing great to see barring a couple of old churches and some other old buildings. The stop at Ano Mera is not worth the hype and the monastery is very ordinary - unless you are the religious type.
Finally, the tour took us to Kalafatis beach where we had a laughable 20 minutes to walk around or splash in the water. There is no point in taking us to the beach if we do not get time to explore it and see it. Beware of the exhorbitant hotels nearby which charge you for even using the deck chairs - some charge around 40 Euros to use their beach chairs which is ridiculous.
Overall - the tour is not worth the money - considering you need to pay extra for the hotel transfers which are chaotic and badly organized. There are other local tour providers who would do a better job here for half the price. The tour itself is not worth it considering that barring the picturesque old town, there is not much else worth raving about. The 20 minute stop at the beach was a joke and not worth it. Please book a similar tour with other providers - not worth your money!!

Beautiful island! Nice tour but a little bit short to see everything that is to see. We had to run to finish our schedule. Next time I would recommend a full day tour and private is better because there were like 20 people. But the tour was ok if you don't have much time.

Great Tour. Our guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. Beautiful views of the windmills and Little Venice. Bus ride comfortable and gives a look at the island. Use the tour as a guide for your personal exploration. Tips- wear comfortable shoes. May be a little windy. When shopping a little bargaining helps.

The group was large and the guide did not use a microphone or whisper device so we missed much of the information she provided. Mykonos is beautiful so we enjoyed the visual aspects of the walking tour. There was an additional charge of 25 euro for the sun beds on the beach. Our guide first said they were included during our 30 minute beach stop then said there should be a small charge. Additionally, we had prearranged transportation through Viator but a driver did not arrive. When we reached Fabrica Square for the tour our names were not on the reservation list but we had our reservation documents. It seems there is a disconnect between Viator and the tour company.

Have in mind that we never had any problems with guiding thus groups we cover are in small sizes up to 20 customers. Also sun beds are in the exclusions of the tour and should have been paid by customers on the spot. Last but not least, you were non show at the time of collecting you for the pre-arrange transfer so our coach have left.

Our tour guide Anna and our magical bus driver were fantastic. This tour is paced very well. We started with a guided walk which is exactly as advertised. There were several brief breaks during the walk to take pictures and hear details about the area. The bus was comfortable. Anna gave us interesting information about Mykonos while we traveled. Each stop was brief, but long enough. The beach stop was beautiful. We had 30 minutes to relax in a sun bed or wade in the water. The sunset view was perfectly timed. This is an excellent tour!

Le tour de l'île ne valait pas le coût.
L'architecture était toute pareil sur l'île, mise à part Fabriqua qui.était haute en couleur. Ils aurait pu nous parler de l'histoire de l'île au lieu de nous dire de ce côté ci il y a une vache et de l'autre côté un cheval.
