Our best experience in Mykonos!!! Our Captain was very kind and knowledgeable about the island’s history. The beaches that he took us to were amazing!!! Glowing, clear, turquoise water that was shallow and somewhat warm. The snacks provided were perfect and our Captain always made sure we were happy. It’s a must to experience Mykonos from the water!

The island of Delos was amazing to see. Rhenia was a great swimming spot. Unfortunately we ,my husband,,sister and brother in law, felt we did not get what we paid for and felt the description of the tour was misleading. It stated open bar and snacks. We were told when we contacted the contact in Mykonos the tour was water,beer and wine with snacks,not open bar and we were fine with that. The boat captain had 4 beers no wine on board but had rum and coke When we reached Rhenia we were given a bottle of wine from different tour operator. The captain handed us a small container of nuts from a hotel for the four of us to split. We didn't consider 10 nuts each as snacks. We were given a 200 euro credit for the issues. If the tour was as described on Viator it would have been a 5 star rating.

Following your comments, we are sorry you felt that our tour description was misleading. The description of the tour clearly stated that the entrance to the archaeological area of Delos is not included in the private cruise. Specifically the entrance ticket is not included in the tour and if you would like to have a private guide you should go into the Archaeological place. Our Captain, however, said briefly some details about Delos for your info. Regarding the snacks, once again we are sorry for the incident. This issue occured only because we changed the boat (to one better than the one initally booked) last minute,this upgrade was done only to satisfy your needs and for you to enjoy the cruise more! Forgetting the snacks was an honest mistake by our side but as a trustworthy company we made a refund for it which was bigger than the actual value of the snacks. Regarding the “open bar” you need to understand that this description does not mean unlimited bar/drinking, especially when you are on boat. Our company provides drinks generously but not without limit cause safety comes first. In any case, when the drinks finished from the boat you rent, in a effort to please you we got another bottle of wine from another boat of our fleet which happened to be in the area. I would like to thank you for the review even though we don’t agree with it. It seems that some things have been misunderstood from your side. Our company offers high quality services and our customers are always satisfied,we always try for the best and our effort reflects on the reviews we get. We will be happy to welcome you again on board in order to change your mind and enjoy our honest hospitality!
