If I could give a ZERO star review this would be it. This company RUINED my day in Mykonos. I booked this cruise months ago, paid for it, received a Viator confirmation number AND had a text exchange the night before with the tour operator about pick up and meeting spot. Then today, three hours before my cruise, they contacted me and said they had no record of my cruise and could I rebook for tomorrow????? I’m on a shore excursion today. So no, I cannot rebook this. All other places were sold out. This was a surprise for my kids today. This company should be kicked off Viator because they should not be able to do this to people. GO ELSEWHERE. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL.

Dear April, Unfortunately we never received your booking through Viator to our booking channel that caused unexpected overbooking leading to not serving you at all. You are correct of not serving you and indeed the reservation was updated to Viator May 17th but never to us. I personally replied to you one night before believing that your sunset was one day after thus today this is why we asked you to reschedule. You have every right to be devasted and furious but trust us was not our fault not to serve you properly. We also contacted our admin company to check why this happened and your reservation was never downloaded in our system. We know you are refunded from Viator already and if we were to compensate you in any way we would have done it already. Indeed we are sorry.

This sunset tour exceeded the descriptions and expectations from other reviews! Our Captain and his mate Ernest were personable and informative. As a couple, we had the boat to ourselves. The beverages and finger food were the perfect touch. After three hours, it was like we found new family members. The icing on the cake was that the captain called some dolphins to surround the boat (just kidding, lol)! But really... there was a huge pod of dolphins playing all around the boat that we were able to get great stills and videos. We almost forgot about catching the sunset!😆. Don't hesitate... book the cruise!
