Although I had perfect communication before arrival, I was disappointed to find that this firm provided a driver not a guide. I expected to be told about the history and diversity of the city, and the sites that we were visiting. That was not possible, as my driver did not speak, conversant English. This may have been a function of the person who drove me around, but I was disappointed by the service. Zero enthusiasm from this guide.

Tour guide was a taxi driver who spoke very little English. He did not explain anything about the history of Muscat. He would pass a site point and say this. Tour was to include entry fee into Bait Al Zubair but he had money. Tour was a total waste of good money
