WE MEET OUTSIDE 3526 Saint Laurent NEXT TO RED FIRE HYDRANT ..ON THE STREET DO NOT RING OR TRY TO GO INSIDE! Directions: A ten minute walk up the hill from the Saint-Laurent Métro Station. Grab the 55 bus NORTH and get off at rue Prince-Arthur. Walk back towards the address for two minutes.

So much to this world that I had no idea about. We found it absolutely fascinating, my 7 and 9 year olds particularly liked looking for bandit squirrel.

Looking for a bubbly in-between semesters summer-jobber tour guide? Look elsewhere. Jesse is pART of the ART. Right up to the point of the tour where we passed by his artist loft and he yelled up to see if his wife (4-5 stories up) would poke her head out. (No, he didn't holler "Stelllaaa"". ;) ) My wife and lived down the street from the mural neighbourhood 32 years ago. Jeff made our old stomping grounds come alive even more than when we roamed those avenues long before the modern internet became a thing and we actually noticed our immediate surrounding! What a trip!!! Six out of 5 stars from your friends de la 6ix!

Your was really informative. Gabriela was a great guide. The tour covers many blocks but is not overwhelming. And although the tour was in a specific area, you can find yourself appreciating Murals in other parts of city afterwards. It was an education.

Even better than expected. We loved seeing street murals of course but being here during the mural festival and being able to see artists at work and hear from them was really special. Our guide was welcoming and clearly part of the scene with deep knowledge of artists and history. Would highly recommend.

The tour was in English. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about street art in Montréal. I took the tour at the beginning of my visit to Montréal, which was good as it opened my eyes to the art around the city enriching my experience of Montréal overall.

You will learn about the history of graffiti artists and the meaning of their art work. In this walking tour, you will visit over 10 mural in Montreal. Our guide Chris was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We learned what to look for when viewing a mural. Chris made the walking tour fun. At the end, he gave us a little pocket guide of restaurant and store recommendations.

Jessie, our guide, studied photojournalism and art history, He is working on his own documentary currently. He was so knowledgeable at connecting all the history to current events. This is art. It's not just graffiti..although we spoke of that too. High quality artists and their works...on the buildings!!! Neighborhood walk was fun and so many delicious Portuguese pastel de natas! Oldest operating synagogue. Great neighbor/wonderful buildings and houses. Lively. Great guide. Geared pace to the group and is so well spoken and cheerful. Good choice for us (seniors) and good for families.

Montreal murals- public art in the streets express the love the people of the city have for the life and history of the Montreal, the real and the mythic, that inspire these huge works of art, sometimes riotous, sometimes reverend, joyous, solemn. There are far too many to take in with a mere 2 hour tour. Our guide, Dave didn't worry about seeing it all. His walk and talk was filled with moments in time that define the city and are reflected in the murals, the street art. He grew up in the city and is so obviously in love with the city. You won't regret catching his insiders knowledge of the historic and contemporary events and the diversity of perspectives and peoples that define Montreal. Exactly what I had hoped for.

The walking tour is an easy pace and distance. Our guide, Marie, was very knowledgeable and charming. It was a great way to learn a little bit about the art culture in Montreal. And the area is so cute. I wish we had time to stay longer to eat, drink, and shop!

I really enjoyed way seeing around one of the most unique neighbourhoods in Montreal! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide some little known historical facts about the area but also numerous anecdotes about individual works and pieces that I really enjoyed. Very friendly and knowledgeable guide. I had no idea Montreal was such a mecca for street art. We were shown some fantastic wall murals and art, and he walked us through the various types and "levels" of street art. Would definitely recommend!
