A great tour after a hiccup

The address for the start of this tour was clearly stated in the tour ticket, however we used the "get directions" link on the Viator app. We didn't pay enough attention, but the "get directions" link sent us to a wrong address. We contacted the tour operator and Viator via WhatsApp and both were very unhelpful. We arrived about 10 minutes late to the correct location, and thank goodness Stella was there to help us. After a few calls, she straightened everything out and personally guided us to the tour. After this mixup, the rest of the tour was fantastic. Our guide Jorge was passionate about Uraguaian history and culture. We saw historical architecture, local groups practicing for Carnival, locals dancing tango, beautiful beaches, and learned much about Uraguaian history. We loved Jorge's passion about his country and we are so incredibly thankful to both him and Stella for getting us on this tour. Very easy and safe bike ride, full of history, beauty, culture and fun.
