Great 4 hour tour. We covered a lot of ground in a limited amount of time. Our tour guide was excellent! Her English was great. I would highly recommend this tour. We visited the highlights as promised.

Hi, had a great tour with Carolina from Blanco Tours. Very informative and fantastic English so could understand her commentary. The content of the tour was just right and we learnt a lot about the history of Montevideo and Uruguay. She also went the extra mile and found us a cab after the tour to go to the Hard Rock Cafe. All in all 10 out of 10 for the tour.

This tour is very similar to those from the ship, at a much better price. I just wish the tour guide had some kind of microphone so us old folk could hear better. Granted,, the other guides we saw also had no amplifier.

In Montevideo, guides usually do not use microphones when speaking outside the vehicle. However, inside the vehicle the guide uses a headset microphone, and the audio is played through the vehicle’s speakers so everyone can hear clearly.

We had a great tour with Andrés and Florencia today. About 12 of us. Nice minibus with AC, WIFI, chilled water and a nice biscuit treat. We were taken to all the important áreas. Several stops. Lots of really interesting commentary from Florencia who was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We were very well looked after. The last stop was the market opposite the cruise terminal where they were cooking up some delicious food. Thank you both. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Jaime walked us through the sites of Montevideo providing so much information, history and laughs. He is very professional never letting his participants to lose focus. We visited the beach, an indoor market and a great rooftop lookout as well. Nice overview of the city.

This tour exceeded our expectations. Our is a great value with a variety of stops and giving a good sense of the city. Our tour guide Florencia was very sweet, she gave generous explanations and she was very attentive to the needs of each passengers. She noticed what individuals showed an interest in and pointed out extra things to them, as well as made sure my husband, who has a knee injury, was comfortable. Time was managed very well and there was good balance between sightseeing, culture, nice views, shopping, and opportunities to try local food. The agency was very well organized and the meeting place was clear.

Best 4 hours spent seeing the highlights of Montevideo Uruguay. Tour started and ended on time and Florence was a wealth of knowledge giving the history of the country and modern Montevideo. Visited all the main places of interest and had time to take photos. Recomend this Tour as Montevideo doesn't have a subway system, so buses, users and organised tours are the only way to get around. Thank you Florence for a wonderful time.

Excellent Guide and small number of passengers made for an excellent experience in Montevideo, Uruguay. Saw the important sites. It was a mixture of a small van ride and some walking. The walking was not difficult or for long distances.

Lots of stops for shopping. Wasn't able to inside cathedral or historical buildings. We had bathroom breaks and could have purchased food/drinks.

We would like to gently clarify that the tour is not intended to be focused only on shopping stops. During the experience, we also explored important areas of Montevideo, including sections of the Rambla and its beaches with the city sign the Rambla being considered the longest in the world.
We also visited key parks and plazas, where our guide shared insights into Uruguay’s history, culture, and local traditions such as mate and the traditional chivito. For added comfort, all passengers were provided with cold bottled water throughout the tour.
A tour experience reflects many elements working together, including guiding service, punctuality, transportation, and overall organization all supported by a dedicated team from pick-up to returning guests safely to the port.

Personable guide with excellent English. Driver took great care of us. Returned one couple who didn’t feel well to the port. Moved a less mobile person to the end of a short walk. Not too much walking, not too little waking. Recommended especially at the price point.

Nothing extraordinary to see, very lackluster. For Montevideo to be the capital of Uruguay, the highlights were very disappointing. There just wasn't much to see.

Try to get Jaime Gutierrez Castro as your guide. There was a mix-up where Blanco Tours did not initially show up as per numerous emails with instructions, as he was leading another tour. Jaime stepped in and we participated in his tour, which was great.

Regarding the situation you mentioned, we would like to clarify that although several emails were sent, unfortunately we did not receive a reply from your side. In those emails, it was clearly mentioned that February 7th was not available for a shared tour, and an alternative activity was offered, but we did not receive any response.
As explained beforehand, February 7th was not available for a shared tour, and due to an internal system error, that date was not properly blocked.
In my case I had a Private Tour.
Fortunately, we were able to accommodate you with Jaime, who already had his own group scheduled, ensuring that you could still enjoy the experience.
