We were really looking forward to this murder mystery scavenger hunt, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The instructions provided were long and overly complicated, but we followed them carefully step by step. Despite that, the app still didn’t work at all, which made it impossible to actually participate in or complete the activity. When I reached out to customer service for help, the experience only got worse. They were rude, dismissive, and offered no real solution to the issue. There was no effort to troubleshoot or make things right. In the end, we weren’t able to do the scavenger hunt at all, which completely defeated the purpose of booking it. I’ve requested a refund and am now waiting to see if that will at least be handled properly. Very disappointing overall. I would not recommend this experience based on our experience. Don’t waste your time.
