We’ll be waiting for you the por of Montevideo! Once you disembark at the Port of Montevideo, follow the green-painted path toward the only exit. Walk 100 meters, cross a small square with the Graf Spee anchor, then continue 30 meters to the main entrance, where the Ministry of Tourism is located.

It was a nice adventure. Rather interesting to learn and see how the people live. Some of the homes were interesting. I wondered about the piers/docks and the security of them.
I wish we had longer for shopping and tasting the food. All and all a great adventure.

Herman was a great guide providing lots of information and answering all of our crazy questions. He’s personable, relatable and knows his city. His driver was very nice too.

I was disappointed in the whole of montevideo i was expecting more i think .This wasn't a reflection on our tour guide who was great i just don't think it was interesting enough for him to do any better both him and the driver were lovely.
I've spoken to my fellow travellers who have done alternative tours operators who say the same so font let this put you off booking

We arrived on a cruise ship and had to find our way to the meeting point. Easy peasy! The directions were clear and the destination was well marked. What an informative tour of a beautiful city. We learned about the country and saw the city. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!

Our guide, Juan, gave a very good picture of Uraguay and in particular, of course, Montevidao. Not just the history of the many places we visited, but also the history and current status of Uraguay, a country of which our guide was very proud.

We had an amazing day with John Paul (JP), he loves his city and I would recommend this tour for anyone. So may highlights to see and I think we saw them all. Had lunch after the tour at a place recommended by John Paul and it was wonderful.

Excellent tour to hit all the tourist spots. We had a great time with the tour. One advice was to see the mausoleum in Independence Plaza during the free time there. It only took 5 minutes.

Martin was one of the best guides we ever had on any tour. Knowledgeable, great sense of humour and very friendly. Had little expectation and were rewarded by a great tour with a bonus of street performance near the old city gate.
The tour was supposed to be between 3 to 4 hours, however Martin did not go by a stop watch and we had a generous 4 plus joir tour.
Yellow Penguin owner Diego met us right by the port and gave us precise instruction on where and how to meet Martin our guide

The 3.5 hour tour was excellent. Our guide, Juan Nikolai, provided us with the history of the country and the city in an easy to understand manner. The tour had 22 people in a small bus — that provided comfort and ease of travel. Well worth the time and cost.

A mini-bus picked us from outside the port. Our lovely guide Martin showed us the the old and the new area of this calm City and was very informative and quite humourous.
