Aweful experience, stay away from this tour

I highly recommend not taking this tour. The day before departure I was asked by the tour operator through WhatsApp if the winery visit could change to Bodega Bouza due to no English speaking guides at Bodega Juanico (I agreed to be flexible). The tour operator also asked me to be ready for pick up at 10am the next day from Dazzler at Wyndham Montevideo. After 1 hour of waiting, I messaged the tour operator at 11am via WhatsApp to ask if they were still coming to pick me up. No response from tour operator for 30 mins. Then the tour operator messaged me and tried to blame the hotel for supposedly allowing the driver to collect a person (in personating me, what a joke) at some mystery time (they wouldn’t say) who hadn’t even booked the tour. If this was true (I don’t believe them) maybe check the ticket issued to paying customers or their ID as they are picked up, it’s not that hard. The tour operator then asked if they could pick me up at 12.30 (2.5 hours after I was instructed by the tour operator to be ready to be picked up from my hotel). I think the tour operator are liars and very unprofessional. If I could zero stars I would. You have been warned.

Apesar da descrição (quando da compra), novamente (como em um tour anterior nos arredores de Montevidéu) não havia guia, apenas um motorista (que parou várias vezes no caminho para conferir o GPS como se jamais houvesse feito este trecho, deixando-nos extremamente inseguros). Da mesma forma, estava incluída no tour (quando da compra) uma visita à Bodega (que estava agendada para as 15h00 e inclusive iniciou quinze minutos adiantada), mas o motorista nos cobrou 300 pesos uruguaios pelo "atraso" que a visita supostamente provocou (confesso que nos sentimos roubados, já que a visita estava inclusa no pacote que adquirimos). Além disso, o motorista só nos avisou desta "taxa extra" pelo "atraso" à porta do hotel quando da chegada, obrigando meu marido a correr pelos arredores em busca de uma casa de câmbio (o motorista não se deu ao trabalho de nos avisar com antecedência para solicitarmos que nos aguardasse em alguma casa de câmbio nas imediações). O almoço foi interessante (assim como a degustação e a visita à Bodega), mas eu não recomendo este passeio. Teríamos passado menos atribulações se houvéssemos contratado o taxista que nos trouxe e levou do aeroporto (esse sim se comportou como um perfeito guia e nos transmitiu segurança). Além disso, estivemos recentemente em Bento Gonçalves (RS-Brasil) e o amadorismo da estrutura turística que vivenciamos nestes passeios pelo Uruguai ficou muito evidente em comparação à nossa experiência prévia no Vale dos Vinhedos.

O pacote oferece degustação com 4 tipos de vinho e queijos, mais o almoço na vinícola. Após pagar o pacote me informaram que não fazem o passeio para essa vinícola e me redirecionaram para a Vinícola Bouza. Porém, ao chegar lá fui informada que não estava incluída na degustação de vinho, apenas no almoço. Não houve qq devolutiva de valor.
