This was a great excursions. The driver picked us up far in the hills. The staff is very friendly. You can get hookah food & alcohol while gettin your massages. Everyone was appropriate when doin the massages. Will def go again

It was a raft and a foot wash. We floated about a minute down stream and then a guy pulled us back. I was completely disappointed. The driver was great but not much of a talker. If it wasn't for him I would have given it a one star.

Horrible experience

Our transportation was a hour late. Customer service was trash, they did know where the driver was or did not know how or contact him. Bambo ride did not exceed our expectations, it was nothing like the description. It last for maybe a hr. We only traveled a mile down the river & stopped for a massage, we never was allowed to get off and get in the water. The overall experience was trash. We almost was almost in car accident 6 times.

Good but not what I hoped for

The river itself was relaxing but my guests and I did not receive any of the amenities we saw in the YouTube videos. It was liked we were rushed. No coconut or sugar cane to try. All of us has limestone left on the backs of our legs as it was not completely washed off. The people were friendly, but the experience was not what I was hoping for and I had a group of 23 people that I hyped up to do the excursion.

Our driver Scott arrived on time and drove with precision. He was courteous and professional. He shared information about the sights along the drive. When we arrived he turned us over to our raft captain, Fisher. He made sure I was able to safely get on and off the raft. The walk is a bit bumpy. (Put your beach shoes on before getting out of the car.) The river was was very nice. Be prepared for the sales stops along the river, but it adds to the experience. The leg massage was great. Left my skin feeling amazingly soft. I strongly suggest the raft ride if you want a water experience without all the rugged splash

Our tour guide (Andre)was very informative, helpful and made us feel very comfortable all around. He gave us a history lesson on Jamacian culture/background. Provided good drinks, snacks and authentic fruit. It was a wonderful experience.

Our driver was amazing and we learned so much from him however once we got to the rafting we did not have the best of a guide. The experience could have been so much better had he not just left us stranded in the river to go have smoking breaks. He wouldn’t follow the rafting trial like everyone else but instead kept going in loops and brining us back every 5 mins or try to sell us on multiple things after we politely declined numerous time.

Andre Cummings was right on time to pick my partner and I up. It took 25mins to get to the Great River and the ride was very educational and enjoyable. He stopped a few times to show us some interesting homes, some medicinal plants and taught us a lot about the Jamaican culture and way of life. Jaz (the raft captain) at the Great River was absolutely a vibe! We had an amazing limestone message, he served us the most delicious Rum punch, had freshly cut coconut, pineapple and mangoes. We also had a very delicious lunch on the river from Chef Jerky-pon-da-river (honestly the best oxtail and goat curry I have ever had). Overall we had a great experience all thanks to these men - Andre and Jaz
