We had a group of 12. The driver gave us a tour of the city on the way there. The atv guides were amazing, very observant and assisted us expeditiously every time we got stuck lol. Great experience.

Poor communication between the tour company and the supplier of the excursion.. We missed our tour because of tour company FRESH LOOK TOURS WAS LATE AND DIDNT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY. And stated I couldn’t cancel the excursion the same day WHEN THERE WAS NO MORE FOR THAT DAY. It was impossible to planned another day when our itinerary was jammed with different events. Poor communication and didn’t want to answer my calls or shared the name of their company when calling for assistance. HALF A STAR WOW!

The actual excursion was ok. You are definitely going to get muddy so be prepared. The trip there was the problem. This place is extremely far it basically in Negril. In booking my excursion came with a private transfer which is just a cab driver. The only problem is mined decided to stop and do a drug deal on my way back to my resort.. That could have became very dangerous…. I strongly recommend booking these type of excursions with companies that provide shared bus transportation

Not worth it

Very short experience, wasn't a a tour, it was a 30 min atv ride in muddy woods, def not worth the money or the time of travel from the resort to the venue... 1 hr and 40 mins of travel time for a 30 min experience then a 1 hr 40 min ride back to the resort.... guides were good wich is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars

I came to Jamaica for my birthday trip. Everything about this experience was great! From Fresh Hooks driving our bus with great music all the way to the arrival on site. Rayshain was one of our tour guides & HE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Kept us laughing the entire time. He even drove my ATV for me because I got nervous! 😂 He really made us feel welcomed. When I come back, I will DEFINITELY visit them again!!

We weee not able to experience our arc ride. The company is just money hungry and did keep up to their bargain. Transportation was late and the ridge was horrible with no air. Excursion was suppose to be in Montego Bay and we ended up in negril. Time was for 10am and they didn’t show up until 1045 and then it was an hour and half to location. Upon arrival there were at least 40 people ahead of us. We complained due to them being late and we had other attractions for the day and the owner stated well things happened. So pretty much they took our money for 7 people and were no apologetic for their overbooking. We didn’t get a chance to ride and they refuse to give me my money back

Terrible experience. Do not recommend if your trying to enjoy your vacation. Driver never booked our ride, told us 20 minutes before pick up time, this delayed our pick up time by an hour. During pick up, driver somehow left us, called to ask what resort we were at after telling them multiple times before the day of, then turned back around to get us per the other tourist booking same excursion. Van had no air condition or windows in 95 degree Jamaica weather. Van did not accommodate all persons, one had to sit on a stool in the isle, for 2hrs. My mom back was hurting so bad both ways. Excursion is in negril, which it’s not posted in description, made us miss our other excursion. Driver made stops on the way after we were already an hour behind plus the 2hr drive. Once we got to the location it was another 2hr wait because there were so many large groups ahead of us in the hot sun outside. We arrived around 1pm. Due to the unprofessionalism, the 3 groups on the same tour/shuttle bus, my group included, did not do excursions and turned back around to hotel. What a waste of time, and money. This was booked for my last day in Jamaica. Very upsetting. Now fighting to get a refund for the excursion we did not even get to do!
