An on-time pickup will be done from the selected Hotel in Montego Bay as well as the Cruise Port. Customers should be ready and awaiting pickup from the lobby area of Hotel. For Cruise, be at the “Independent Pre-booked” area. The driver will have a custom built sign with customers’ full name for easier acknowledgement. It is REQUIRED that customers contact us prior to any circumstances or request.

Be ready for the driver to show up one hour late And be ready to pay $25 to get on river rafting Driver was nice and friendly! Make sure you msg them and ask for the pick up time They were calling me and was trying to say ohh but you’re pick up time is at 11:30 which was not true. I’d definitely not book with them again!

Sir you are very dishonest, your were emailed and texted, you were BREIFED of what to expect from start to finish! However, you did not acknowledge any of our efforts to reach you. VERY VERY POOR communication on your part, and then you came to leave a 2 star review while saying the driver was nice! Wow! It's ok though Sir, a company who values its customers will encounter persons like yourself, taking out problems on others. Stay safe Denis!

Was ok… felt very rushed. I understand the commute between Ricks and the river where the rafting was was vast, but we didn’t spend as much time as possible on each excursion. Most of the time on the excursion we were riding in a van. The driver was great however! I think more time needs to be accommodated for the actual experiences.

This is an all day excursion (9/10 hours) and most of the time is spent traveling to the destinations. We absolutely loved the rafting and learning about their community. Rick's Cafe is definitely a party/tourist spot. Food was good. Traffic to get to Negril was horrible due to a huge pothole in the road. My only negative is Wains Adventure sent this little van to pick up our party of 6. We were cramped in this little van for at least 6 hours. Very uncomfortable. Our driver, Shane, was nice and polite but pretty quiet. Answered questions but didn't offer much information during our 6 hours in the van. Shane was a very safe driver and did his best to avoid the bumps/holes in the road. This is a good tour, just be prepared to spend about 10 hours on this excursion due to the travel distance.

Hi Valerie, thank you for your feedback and were glad you enjoyed the Rafting. But your information is a bit off as we believe in honesty. That particular day the road was being fixed which is why it caused the traffic, how could the company prevent this? This Excursion is NOT 10hrs, and I hope this doesn't throw off the audience with the misinformation you provided. The van is a 7 seater and your party is 6 persons.
