When we made reservation our Hotel was in pick up zone. When confirming day below, we were still in pick up zone but wouldn't be picked up until 1000 for our 0930 start time. Three hours before pickup we get notification we are not in pick up area and it will be extra costs to be picked up. When we went to cancel via travel agent their staff was extremely rude and unprofessional with her.

However, I would like to clarify that I personally spoke with you, not your travel agent, regarding the pickup details. At the time of booking, your hotel was within the pickup zone, but when we reconfirmed, the supplier adjusted their pickup areas, which unfortunately affected your location. We informed you as soon as possible and provided options, including the additional cost or the choice to cancel. We regret any inconvenience this caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
