Booked through Viator, selecting one of the time slots they reflected as available, but provider no-showed or contacted me. I got ahold of the 45 minutes after they were supposed to have picked us up, only for them to tell me they were overbooked and would not accommodate the horseback riding I paid for. They claimed it was viator’s fault for allowing me to book with them when they had no availability, which is crazy unprofessional. We were able to get a fast refund confirmation but our cruise ship excursion day in Jamaica was ruined. Won’t use Viator again.

Your booking was canceled because Jamaica was experiencing a cold front which made our waters extremely rough and dangerous. I reach out to you immediately after you did your booking and no response was provided. Your tour was canceled on my end by me, not refunded for no show. Kindly check your facts before commenting. Amazing Private tour

An amazing adventure out of the resort! This is truly a private experience; we were assigned a taxi driver, Colmon, who took us to the horseback beach and to Blue Hole. We weren’t herded in buses or rushed like some other tours, we were doing things at our own pace. Colmon also gave us a minitour of Jamaica and even took us to real Jamaican restaurant in the side of the road; best meal we had the whole trip! This was a whole day experience and you definitely need towels, water shoes and extra clothes. For the price it was amazing! This is great for those who are looking for a taste of the real Jamaica and not the resort experience. You can bring cash and purchase baked goods straight from the Rasta people. Highly recommended!!
