Everything from start to finish was amazing! Our driver took us on a little tour and explained the history of Jamaica while headed to the site. The 2 captains that took us parasailing were very professional and funny! We felt comfortable with them and they kept us informed of everything happening! The parasailing experience was breathtaking and so beautiful! We all had a wonderful time! We will make sure to add this adventure again to our list when we return to the island!

Great experience all around

Fun experience. Not too crowded. Our shuttle driver Mike was great, we made great conversation, and even offered to to take us for some authentic food, he stayed with us and coordinated our trips. Parasailing was so much fun our guides we very friendly and made sure we were safe.

We had a great time a parasailing. We also got dipped in the ocean which was our preference! The weather was perfect and the staff were nice and had a great sense of humor!

Was very fun which it was longer for the price for pay. Was our boat people were amazing. We didn’t do the jetski cuz of the price and if we were to pay each on didn’t cards it would been double the price for each person

Not good at all

It wasn’t organized at all and the boat broke down so we started our day late for the paraselling so that made us miss our other activity we had planned. I paid $540 to have a bad day. It definitely wasn’t worth it

Hi this is a representative from the Thriller Paradise Tours we called you guys ahead of time to aware you of the challenges we had with the boat that does the parasailing, you guys agreed that you would wait until the boat was repaired so you could go ahead with the tours. You guys were even called several times to be updated about the matter which you confirmed with us that this was cool, you were picked up 15 minutes after 11:00 since this tour was booked for 11:00 and the travelers should have been picked up 15 minutes before the booking time, but you guys also agreed to be notified whenever the boat was fix and fit to take you on the excursion which we did you were picked up 15 minutes after the booking time and brought to your excursion you guys even mentioned you had missed another tour in this review , which was not true because you even asked the driver to take you to a liquor store to purchase liquor and that you would give him a $10 just to stop only, the driver stopped and you guys purchase your liquor and gave him the $10 he asked if you guys had anything else planned for the day and your response was you were leaving the country next day and you guys were just heading back to the resort to relax thanks for this review.

Worth the cost!!

Even though we were out of their normal pickup area, they were willing to come get us for a low additional fee per person. Mike our driver was absolutely awesome and very friendly and accommodating. The guys at the parasailing were friendly and fun to be around and the operation and experience was well worth it. The jet skiing was fun and yes, you have to kind of go in a circular route but it would be impossible for them to keep track of you if you were going to go " open ocean" Thriller Paradise tours was awesome on communication and keeping us informed of the activity. We were a family of four and we were all equally impressed and had a ton of fun!!
