If you do not see the driver/guide for any reason, please call us and an operator will assist you. 2.Pick Up Instructions from Montego Bay port * I will meet you OUTSIDE the port at the gate. Pick Up From The Montego Bay Port: After leaving the ship, please make your way outside the lobby then take LEFT. proceed through security GATE 1, then follow the PALM TREES down to the MAIN GATE, it's about a 4 minutes walk. Your Driver will have a sign with your name printed on it. If you do not see the driver/guide for any reason, please call and a operator will assist you. 3.Pick Up From Falmouth Port: Your driver will meet you on the OUTSIDE of the port. Pick Up From The Falmouth Port: After leaving the ship, please proceed through GATE 3 then make a LEFT turn then proceed to the FALMOUTH FIRE STATION. A representative will be waiting for you holding a Ultimate Excursions Tours and Taxi Service sign with your name printed on it. It's about a 5 minutes walk. If you do not see the driver for any reason, please call us for assistance.

False advertisement and miscommunication.

We booked this excursion as it’s advertised as a private tour of the bamboo rafting. However, this is only for transportation and the reviews below are false. We were left a voice note stating it will be an additional $77 for the bamboo rafting and since it fell after the cancelation policy felt obligated to go. We also got quotes for $180 for transportation which I had to tell him I already paid and he said he was talking to someone else then deleted the text. I spoke to several guest and locals during the night and they told me we were getting ripped off and the rafting should be around $30/pp. Morning of I tried reaching him several times before our appointment since we were already having doubts about him and had multiple people no show on us already, he didn’t respond until 5 minutes before but we already told him we will have to cancel. It was our last day and we didn’t have the time to wait for him to no show us and miss out on opportunities. Wouldn’t recommend booking this and going through someone more local. They also denied my refund request even though it was a lot of miscommunication on their part.
