We had an exceptional time. Our driver Claude was friendly, professional, and great overall. He shared a lot of local knowledge and history of Jamaica and was so pleasant. The river raft experience was amazing and so peaceful. We lucked out coming on a Monday when it was not busy and got almost the entire river to ourselves. We would highly recommend booking this tour.

Very professional, prompt, and kind! Our driver picked us up at 9:30 on the dot as arranged and gave a beautiful history of Jamaica during our ride to the river. Upon the conclusion of our rafting tour, our driver again was ready and waiting for us to depart. He went so far as to drop us directly at the door of the villa we are staying at. I recommend this service to all visiting Jamaica!

Absolutely wonderful experience! From start to finish, the Martha Brae river rafting excursion was exceptional. Our driver, Dwight, was so kind, ensuring we felt comfortable and safe from the moment we set out. Upon arriving, we were greeted warmly, and our river guide, Danny, took it to the next level—respectful, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Floating down the Martha Brae River was pure bliss, and Danny made it even more memorable with his insights and attention to every detail. This was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Highly recommend—5 stars all around!

Long waits and high priced

We thought by using aviator we’d be getting an appointed time, however we had to wait 2 hours to get a raft as it’s first come first serve for everyone. We paid so much money to Viator and could have just paid $40 per person.

We are so sorry about the experience . On that day there were a total of four ships in our port, Which result to numerous guests visiting the attraction. This causes a delay and we are sorry we could not do anything about it.

Fantastic private transport! Donovan was our driver and he was so kind and patient. There was a very long line for the rafting and he didn't seem at all impatient or phased. We never felt rushed and really enjoyed our rafting tour. We would strongly recommend Donovan!

Dwight Harvey organized our trip and he was absolutely amazing! Dwight was at our hotel almost an hour prior to our tour started but we were not rushed. He wanted to ensure that we had the best service and if we wanted to leave earlier, we could. Indeed we left from the Hyatt Zilara 30 minutes prior to our scheduled tour. Dwight gave us a primer on the history of the island and many other facts. He was very cordial, informative, and helpful. I wish we had more time in Jamaica as we would have employed him as our personal driver. We had Oneil (Not sure of spelling) as our bamboo raft captain and he was wonderful. Informative and cheerful. He didn't rush and we had lots of laughs while he answered our varied questions about the river and other subjects. He also had some neat carvings for sale at a reasonable price for a tour momento. The river itself is extremely peaceful and it's fun to see the nature. We didn't jump off the raft at all but definitely feel the water. It's cool to the touch and refreshing. We bought some coffee at the end of the tour at the small shop because it was fairly priced. Way less expensive than the hotel and about on-par with the airport. The difference is that you are purchasing from a local vendor (At least from what I can gather) while in the airport you are buying from expats from other places. I would do this tour again.

We had Dwight Harvey pick us up in his van at our hotel, he arrived right on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the Jamaican culture. He shared his knowledge with us on the ride over to the raft. Once we arrived, we were given life vests and headed to our raft. Our raft captain, I believe his name was Roy? He was raft #16. He gave us a very relaxing, smooth ride down the river. He pointed out fruits, trees, birds, etc on the way to tell us more about them. The raft was comfortable (padded seat). Everyone was interacted with during this experience was so nice! We would definitely recommend this tour to our family and friends. Thanks again!

Our bamboo raft tour at Martha Brae was nothing short of amazing… easy booking…great communication prior to pickup at our hotel… our driver Dwight was our favorite driver the entire week we were in Jamaica. He was funny, engaging and gave a great tour of the sights we saw on the way to the river tour. Once we were there, we were checked in by Dwight and handed over to our Senior Raft Captain Linford (captain 106). We were so lucky to have Linford for the 75 minute ride. He didn’t rush us through the tour, he took his time and educated us about the plants, wildlife and history of the scenery we saw along the way. It was truly a treat! If you have the chance to request your bamboo raft captain, do yourself a favor and request Linford Captain 106 :)

Thank you Dwight Harvey from Jamaica Happy Adventure Tour . It was an amazing experience . Very peaceful and enchanting scenery . Totally worth the visit ! He also gave us the option to add Rose hall house visit and any small stop me and my husband wanting to do . We also stopped for lunch at the end . I would totally recommend you to book this tour and contact him for extra tours options .

Thank you Dwight for an amazing experience. We got a brief tour of the Island, stopped for coconut, when we got to Martha Brae Rafting everything was organized and ready to go. We had a beautiful guide down the River that allowed us to take pictures and gave us a brief history of the River. On our way back we stopped for lunch at Scotchies and had jerk chicken.

This included the transfer both ways and ticket to raft .we did not have to pay anything extra unless we wanted to .The driver was nice and even stop with us to get some famous jerk chicken .He played music and spoke to us and gave us some insight as he drove us his van had AC and was clean.deff recommend

Don’t make the same mistake of booking any other rafting tour than this one! We had another reservation but cancelled it because it was misleading and they let us know the night before that you’ll have to pay an additional $77 at the rafting spot. Book this tour because it’s included with the private transport. Such a great driver and guide (Dwight was amazing!) he went above and beyond & even made a few stops for us. He took us to the Great River instead because the Martha Brae had a curfew due to covid. The experience felt like something out of a movie with the massages on the rafts. The river was beautiful! 10/10 recommend
