Pick up from the airport was smooth,however I ask for an earlier pickup from the resort to airport and the lady told me it’s confirmed over the phone but the driver came on the original time. He showed me confirmation that there was no earlier pickup. I’m not sure that I will use them again.

I had to paid extra to be transferred to the hotel. There was no one from your service to advise me on where to go. I was told my trip was canceled and I had to paid $20 for the bus ride to my hotel.

We are unsure what happened as in the service documentation you have all the details of where to approach and even telephone contact information. If you cancelled the service or it was not properly purchased, probably was the reason there were nobody waiting for you.
Nevertheless, we regret that you could not use our services.

Despite a Viator rep aiding with the reservation and chose the wrong resort, the rep at the airport was among the worst I have encountered. I was told that I would be brought to the hotel and I am on my own to get back to the airport for the return home.

This is the worst company of all they cancel my reservation after I pay for it when I got to Jamaica and didn't notify me by email at all. We was stranded for 2 hours

They wasn’t not a round to get a ride To hotel no one about them . After getting to I call them they be there to take us back to the airport still no show I lost my money on this company i would say don’t use them i. Will not use them

I have been to Jamaica a few times now and this past time we used Viator as our transfer. Employees were both kind and helpful, and the bus was brand new with working AC. Best part of it all was it was also the cheapest. Would definitely recommend and use again.
