I booked this excursion well in advance(2wks) for my birthday June 27th once we arrived I was told a inspection was being done and its out of the operators control....ok cool understandable after waiting over a hour we decided to reschedule to the next day same time....once we arrived we were told they sent us a message to let us know that they were not running on the same schedule and she sent me a message "1am while we was sleeping" that I never saw to reschedule for a later time like huh!The young girl the company has checking people in is VERY RUDE AND STEADY WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH ME....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE....MY BIRTHDAY EXCURSION I WANTED TO DO THE MOST WAS RUINED WITH NO APOLOGY OR NO TYPE OF COMPENSATION....BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE IF POSSIBLE THE LIL GIRL IS RUDE,I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HER MANAGER AND SHE NEVER ALLOWED ME TO.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience we caused. We are always trying to make everyone happy, and the reviews we have show exactly this. The day of your reservation, the Coast Guard randomly started on doing checks for all the rental companies, and they stoped all operations for everyone. We communicate everything in time to all our customers. The US Coast Guard is the highest authority on the water and when they decide to stop any operations and comply with their demands, we are obliged by law to do so. That day we had to wait and comply, while trying our best to minimize the inconveniences of our customers. Again, please accept our apologies.

It was a great experience for me but one family I was there with using the jet boats almost got into a fight with one of the workers but my guy was amazing thought the pics came with the price but it didn't had to pay another 100$ but it was worth it love the pics an videos he sent me

Even though we started kind of late, the communication was great! 10/10 experience. I was worried about getting my hair wet and being soaking wet by the end of it but I was fairly dry. Plus my hair still looks good! Next time I’m in Miami, I’ll definitely do it again!

This experience on the jet car was by far the best on this Mother’s Day trip to Miami for my wife. We both had an amazing time it was definitely rated 20/10. We are planning our next trip back and this will definitely be on the list to experience again. Great instructors and best customer service experience.
