Thierry was fro delightful we learned so much he was very knowledgeable Miami and of the history, architect, and places where famous movies were filmed. Thus is a must do !!!!

Cancelled tour day before tour. You already charged my acount. Very disappointed. Had to make plans at last minute. Operator said this was Viator’s fault. Please return my money ASAP. Thank you.

What you are saying is wrong and you know it!
I don't understand what is your point here to put a 1 star review?
You did book with Viator (not us) on Feb 16th. On Feb 17th, we sent you a first message to let you know that we couldn't do at the requested time. You never replied.
Then another message on March 1st, then March 5th, then March 7th but still the same: YOU never replied!
Our schedule has been fully booked by then for that day and we did propose you other days, but YOU never replied!
Then you text us the day before to get your tour at 1pm. I told you that we cannot do it as we are fully booked because YOU never replied!
Then, you wanted to sue us if we don’t do the tour! Really?
I explained you that Viator has your money, not us, and you better be fast on claiming your refund as the cancellation policy is 24h.
I did accept the refund because I told you I will, but Viator was not obligated to do it as you were late to ask...They have been nice!
So again, what are you trying to do with that 1 star
review?
Hurting a business which couldn't provide you a tour BECAUSE YOU NEVER REPLIED TO THE NUMEROUS MESSAGES, and been kind enough TO GRANT YOU THE FULL REFUND?

Best way to see the sights of Miami- in style. I had been to Miami many times before and have never seen it like this. Hits all the major sights and a few off the beaten path. Tour is customizable so you can take your time in the areas you want. Highly recommended
