Family of 4 couldn't sit together. The trip stopped at a secluded beach along with 4 or 5 other tour companies and when we returned to the boat early to get 4 seats together, it was announced that you had to sit in your original seats, there can be no reason for this as there is no seat allocation on the tickets.

Dear traveller,
We appreciate your review as it is very important to us to know how you lived the experience on our boat trip.
As for the seating arrangements, we have a voluntary 15% reduction so as to have more space onnboard. The first to board get to choose where to sit, where as for the last to board get last pick.
Many passengers queue up to 30 mins before boarding to get top pick so we thought that it was only fair for them to keep their seats for the whole trip.
Over the 40 years that we've been operating boat trips we've tried various options (free seating- what you suggest, allocated seating- book your seat before boarding and now first come first serve)
We know it's not perfect but we think it's the fairest and most clear for everyone and that is what we communicate in our programme.
That's why there is the Priority Boarding option where you can board first and jump the queue.

A perfect day trip to spend time in the sun. The staff (Jesus and Mercedes) were so much fun. We would 10/10 go back - gorgeous swim in the beautiful waters of Menorca. We decided against a trip to the beach to take full advantage of the slides off of the boat and the swims in the sea. We even got to meet Felipe, the seagull. So much fun! Thank you!

Traversée très confortable : gros bateau toboggan pour les enfants bar.
Nous sommes passés par plusieurs plages du sud (trebaluger macarella) pour faire un stop d’1 heure a cala turqueta. Certains sont partis à la plage quand d’autres se baignaient du bateau . Très bonne expérience

Pour commencer...En trois lettre : NUL
En un mot : ARNAQUE
A savoir : Erreur d indications pour le Lieu du RDV. Puis 15 min de retard. Le fond n est pas ouvert pendant la navigation! Ils nous déposent dans une crique...attention il faut prévoir 15min de marche d un parcour compliqué en tong jusqu'à la plage. Plage annoncé "paradis" oui de nudistes et rempli de bateaux!! Nous n avons même pas eu 1 heure de détente sur la plage. Toboggan fermé 15min avant le départ.
Nous déconseillons cette activité sauf si vous souhaitez perdre votre argent.

Nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié la visite en bateau.
Ce jour-là, les conditions de mer étaient difficiles et nous avons fait ce que nous pouvions. Évidemment, toujours pour votre sécurité, si nous ne jugeons pas sécuritaire d'ouvrir les toboggans, nous ne les ouvrirons pas. Ils avaient été informés de toutes ces informations avant de quitter le port avec un message informatif dans toutes les langues sur les conditions de la mer et que l'excursion s'adapterait à ces conditions.
Nous informons également tous nos clients que nous accostons sur une plage vierge et que l'accès à la plage est difficile, nous recommandons donc des chaussures confortables.
Merci également pour votre avis, qui est très important pour nous afin de savoir comment nous pouvons nous améliorer de jour en jour.

Très bon moment, eau assez froide en juin mais c’était chouette ! Pas beaucoup de poissons, Glaces et boisson à bord, 2 toboggans rigolo :)
