Excellent, informative tour around Memphis.
Very accommodating as we had to be picked up at a different location because we were delayed.

Did not get on and asking for refund. Only one bus with an hour and a half wait between stops? No schedule on Viator as to when/where pick up happens. No signs on street. Not worth the cost and expect refund.

We rode around the loop first before getting off. Evelyn gave a great tour and was knowledgeable when asked questions. Peabody Hotel was our favorite. We toured Graceland the previous day.

Was a great tour,but,ours was cut short for some reason ,we were not told that until we were getting off at the last stop.Graceland. We were unable to complete our tour of Graceland and still got left behind , had to call to get a ride back to hotel

We were very disappointed; it was not the experience that was promised. First, they advertised the trip would be in an “air conditioned” bus. It was not; on a hot and humid day, the ride was not pleasant. Secondly, the driver was late, making the route rushed. Finally, the driver’s narrative was interrupted frequently by calls from the office. Needless to say, we will not recommend this to anyone. This is not the HOHO we have used around the world.

It’s great that our driver Evelyn knew the history! The safety window could use some repair as it rattled quite loudly but over all the tour was great and reasonably priced. I would recommend this tour for sure

We enjoyed the tour and especially the tour director. He had really interesting stories. It’s unfortunate that the City is so run down (which isn’t on you but your city leaders). But we enjoyed all of the stops on the tour. And we are glad we got the chance to visit.

We appreciated the flexibility of our driver, but this was basically an expensive shuttle service. Normally, hop on, hop off services provide commentary on the city, its landmarks etc. there was none of that. We paid $80 for transportation to 2 sites.

Taking the Memphis city bus tour is a wonderful way to see the major attractions of the city. Hopping on and off a bus that is reliable and comfortable with a guide who’s telling you things about the city that you would never know by just driving yourself gives you information and comfort you would not have facing traffic and driving yourself. My tour was extraordinary. I started the tour early in the day with a guide named Evelyn and was the only one on the bus for a part of the trip. Evelyn and I were able to talk and I had lots of questions that she answered with factual information about the city and the culture she has lived in has lived in for 75 years. I felt fortunate that she was willing and able to talk about the history as well as the structures on the street. I learned so much and enjoyed my trip. I got off at the Civil Rights Museum where I spent a couple of hours in that outstanding place.

By far my best experience in Memphis. Ms. Evelyn was our guide and I learned so much being my first time in TN. She was funny, kind and so knowledgeable. Would definately do this tour again but only with Evelyn.

The bus was a rattling mess. It jarred us too much! And this was on city streets. That bus needs to be retired.
The driver was nice, but had too few observations.
AND, the bus needs a PA system…couldn’t hear half of what little she said.

We got on at graceland at 1:20,and got off at blues hall of fame at 1:45ish. Didn't get back on again. $80 for a ride to the arcade from graceland. Bummer.

Good Morning,
I think you have the wrong company. We do not have a pickup at Graceland at 1:20p, nor do we have a pickup at Blues Hall of Fame at 1:45pm. The hop on doesn't go from Graceland to Blues Hall of Fame, we have 5 stops before we make it to the Blues Hall of Fame from Graceland. The Hop off ends at 5:30p, it's best to get on before 1p to be able to see more than one stop. The price is $45.00 person. Sorry for your experience, but I don't think you road with us.

Our tour/bus driver was excellent and very knowledgeable. However, it's not a typical hop on/off bus tour
The buses come by every 90 minutes so if you get off at a stop, you better be planning on taking a tour. We had to walk pretty far to get our ticket. It was the only stop where you could get it (near Sun Studios). It also has a short operating time 10am to 5:30 pm at Graceland.

Hello, Glad you enjoyed the hop on. You can redeem your voucher for tickets with the bus driver at any of the 10 stops. You don't have to walk to our ticket office, sorry you had to walk so far.

Nthing good about this experience. Bus was in disrepair with a cracked windshield, no sound system for the driver to talk to us. She did have a portable speaker sitting on the floor but the AC fan was winding and so loud couldn't hear anyway. Driver returned twice to pick up people that showed up late so the driver drove like a crazy taxi driver to get us on schedule. Driver only told us about two of the stop and the others we had to ask when they were coming up. So with this company only one bus and driver so it was an hour and half to be picked up when you got off. And since they shut down at 5:30 we were only able to see three of the ten attractions. Worst I've ever been on!!!!!!

Excellent trip.we were picked up at our hotel( big cypress lodge) and took the loop.got off at graceland. We spent 4 hrs there and she took us back to our hotelnsince big cypress lodge was a stop on the route.

The ability to see many different attractions. If you want to see Graceland do it last. It is a zoo and the lines are long. We missed our time slot for pickup and weren’t able to do Sun Studios. Did Sun on our own. Driver provided a nice overview of the sites along the way.

Where the tour started was confusing but the tour it self was awesome. Got to see many Memphis sites and I could sit back and enjoy and didn’t have to worry about traffic or parking. Our guide Was very informative and entertaining. Would highly recommend it

We were coming to Memphis from Nashville and we were stuck on the freeway for six hours because they had closed the freeway it was I 40 heading towards Memphis from Nashville. I tried to call the office, but I got a gentleman name Melvin, who stated that the office had closed 10 minutes ago and told me to call back on Monday. So I called back during office hours and told of my experience regarding the freeway closure and because I didn’t call the day of my reservation, which I did but the office had closed only 10 minutes before my call, I could not get a full refund. I understand your policy but I had not control of the situation and we were looking forward to do the Hop on Hop Off! I would think that under the circumstances you would make an exception!! The lady I did talk to was very nice and did what she could! But Melvin was rude and hung up on me and told me to call during business hours! So I won’t be using your services anymore!!!

Hello Ma'am, You and I spoke over the phone. You came by the office at 4:45pm the day of your booked tour, saying that you thought the Hop On was to run all night. That it operates all night in other cities. I mentioned to you that our hours of operation were listed on the website. Once you get to the checkout section of the website, it states it again the hours are 10a-5:30p. I am not sure why we are at fault for anything here. We can't issue refunds for no call-no show on the day of. I hate that you all were stuck in traffic for so long, but if you would have called us while on the road in traffic earlier and not wait until you got to Memphis once the operating hours were ending. We could have tried to take care of the matter some kind of way.
