Kathy did a fantastic job. I learned so much about Melbourne’s history and the wonderful laneway street art scene. She also had some great hidden gems to show me that I never would have seen otherwise. So glad I did this tour!

Our pleasure to be taken around by a true blue Melburnian sharing stories about his beloved city. I like it whenever John says: when I was a kid, this place was such and such. And he absolutely hated it when he sees graffiti where they don't belong. It's a great start on our first day first time in Melbourne.

This was a GREAT walking tour! San was full of historical information and really took his time explaining the local culture and environment. We loved seeing the art in the laneways, but this was SO much more than that! Definitely a well-spent 3 hours!

Very informative tour of the Laneways Graffiti art. Tour started at St Patrick's Anglican Church which had fabulous mosaic floors. Rest of tour was walking around Central area enjoying the re-purposed Art Decco buildings and pedestrian shopping areas. San of Meltours treated us to coffee at Brunettis. A fabulous experience with a very knowledgeable guide.

Cathy was delightful and so well informed about Melbourne. I ended up being the only person on the tour but Cathy was still happy to go ahead. I loved the mix of information, all so interesting and we had a welcome break for coffee half way through.

San provided a detailed oversight of the establishment of Melbourne, a range of historical buildings and the amazing artworks of Melbourne's laneways.
My family who were visiting from New Zealand loved the rich history, recommendations of food and drink, architecture, and vast knowledge shared with us during the tour.
I have been on this tour twice now (with different visitors) and have loved both times - I would highly recommend!!!

Having visited Melbourne on several previous occasions, this was a great way of doing more than just reading information or wandering aimlessly through. Rob, our guide, brought the story of the evolution of Melbourne's history from its early settlement through to the current use as a city. He clearly has a great knowledge of building materials, dates and styles. His enthusiasm about the cultural change that has influenced the society that used the laneways and the development of the cafe culture is infectious. Well worth the three hour walk.

Brilliant tour with Cathy.
Have been to Melbourne many times & to some of the laneways we visited but we saw and learnt lots of new things.
Cathy had an amazing knowledge of the city, its history & the quirky nooks to visit.

Kathy was a fantastic tour guide! We got to see a variety of sights and landmarks around Melbourne including artistic laneways and some arcades (shopping areas). We really enjoyed walking around the city and learning from her. The stop for a coffee at Brunetti was delicious. Kathy explained the history of many of the places we saw and told us some interesting stories. The small size of the group was ideal. I would highly recommend this tour and especially Kathy! It is a great introduction to Melbourne.

I thoroughly enjoyed my walking tour of the lane ways in Central Melbourne. Our guide was full of interesting info and showed us all sorts of things we would otherwise not have noticed.. The architecture was beautiful and the history really interesting. This is a good tour if you want to look a little deeper into the cities past and get to know more about Melbourne city. The coffee stop and the lunch were both enjoyed.

Kathy was an excellent guide, bringing the character of Melbourne to life. She was so knowledgeable about the history of the city. We particularly loved the street art. If you’re a bit short on time, this is a great way to get an overview of Melbourne. It’s such a walkable city you can see quite a bit in a relatively short amount of time.
