Horrible customer service! Never responded!!!!!

After purchasing this event, I received an invalid booking code and was unable to use the app. I contacted the tour operator multiple times with no answer however, the following day they wanna send me a message asking me how was my tour. I never went on the tour because I never got a response from the tour operator, horrible horrible customer service very unprofessional. I wouldn’t bother using these people.

The App did not work properly. It took us to sites in an illogical order. The audio had 2 recoding with a delay factor so most of the time we couldn’t understand what they were saying. I asked for refund but got no response.

Ce service est une application sur votre téléphone... pas un vrai guide en personne. Facile a utiliser, elle vous donne quelques explications sommaires de différents lieux à distance de marche près du port FDF. C'est quand même mieux que rien. Lors de l'inscription, on vous demande combien de personnes. Nous avons sélectionné 1 et avons partagé le même téléphone et mis sur main libre. Si j'avais payé pour 4 personnes, j'aurais eu le sentiment de m'être fait avoir. Mais à 30 euros (1 personne), c'est honnête. Le parcours pourrait toutefois être quelque peu optimisé car nous avons fait quelques allers et retours non nécessaires.
