Disappointed- lastMinute cancellation

Drove an hour and 15 minutes only to Find out that the tour operator moved us to tomorrow. He said he tries to contact me but that was only after I contacted viator to report the problem. We ended up cancelling as we didn’t want to make another two hour drive. He said I should have called to confirm 24 hours ahead but I had already gotten confirmation from Viator and it didn’t say anywhere that I saw that I needed to call. Very disappointing- seems like kind of a shady operation- I’d book with another operator next time. Viator was great about refunding me.

I apologize for the inappropriateness. The booking clearly states that you must call me 24 hours in advance to clarify the weather situation. This is normal and for your safety. You did not respond to the email so I had to cancel. Please read carefully what you have to consider in the future. There are events in nature that depend on the weather.

The worst excursion in Spain

I first want to start out by saying I never write reviews, but I feel as a paying customer, you should know exactly what you're getting yourself into before you book the worst excursion in all of Spain. If could give this excursion 0 stars, i would. Never in my life have I have a felt less welcome AND disrespected. The captain of this boat DOES NOT LIKE AMERICANS!!! If you are traveling abroad from either the USA or Canada, PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Quite frankly, I'm not sure if it was just because we were Americans,or this guy was just a miserable human being, but wow- he really knew how to make an entire boat feel uncomfortable. Upon boarding, (me and my husband) , along with the majority of the group were instructed to sit at the front of the sail boat. As we sailed to our first (and only) destination, the captain retracted the main sail (with no warning) , to which the rope slapped my husband in the face. My husband proceeded to protect his face by holding his arm out so it would happen a second time. The captain then screamed "DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING I HAVEN'T TOLD YOU TO TOUCH" . Shocked. We calmly said that the rope smacked him in the face. The captain then said that he "didn't care" And that "we should go to the lower part of the cabin if we were unhappy". That was only one issue.... The captain was also making crude comments about Americans and how we are "overpopulating Mallorca". My husband and I couldn't believe our ears. Ecspeically since we were paying customers! It was so bad to the point where we felt unsafe. The captain clearly had it out for us from the very beginning with NO reasoning at all. It was very scary. There were multiples instances throughout our trip in which he was yelling at us, and whispering under his breath.... the entire boat was talking about how uncomfortable he was making the trip and how everyone felt as if they were walking on eggshells.... Long story short, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! This man should never be allowed to host tourist. On top of this review, we will also be filing a more formal complaint.

Thank you very much! I don't have the words about so many lies of a stupid person! 1. I love Americans because they are always welcome and see nice and polite guests. Just yesterday I had a group from Canada that was so happy that they drove with me again the next day. You behaved impossible from the beginning because you did not listen to the briefing or when I personally explained to you how to behave on a boat. We sail as a team and everyone has a task. I said attention, I'm going to sail in, but you didn't pay any attention to me. Your man tried to hold on to a line that was flapping in the wind so he hurt himself! I said don't do anything I don't tell you so that nothing happens to you. But you didn't want to be told. I show people who have never been on a sailing boat how to sail every day. You had no interest whatsoever and were just annoying and unfriendly. I think you thought you were on a cruise and not on a sailing trip where you have to actively participate. you also fuelled the other guests so that there was a bad atmosphere on board. I really hope that no guests like you come to me. Of course, you forgot that you were allowed to swim in one of the most beautiful bays and that you had fantastic food and delicious wine that you liked to drink a lot, Maybe it was because you couldn't listen and misunderstood things. I love Americans and you are always welcome to spend a great day sailing with me.

The trip started on an unusual note when the captain greeted us with remarks about Europe being dead, the island being full, and how parking was impossible, suggesting we go elsewhere. I found this introduction both odd and off-putting, so I kept my interactions with him to a minimum. Despite this initial awkwardness, I still enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing day on the yacht.

When I realized I had mistakenly booked this and our cruise port was on the other side of the island, the owner was most helpful. He did everything he could to accommodate us. Once on the boat our experience with Jaime as skipper was awesome! Definitely a highlight of our trip!

Poor, Service cancelled by the skipper for boat breakdown , with proposal by WhatsApp without going through the site of another outing for an amount that doubled the price 600 euros. Proposal refused on our part because it smelled like a scam. By checking my bank account the amount of the benefit was well debited. It took me 5 days, about ten emails + phone calls to get my legitimate refund. With just an apology from the councilman. Unfortunately very bad experience, despite positive reviews on the site. A voucher, and a valid explanation might have eased my anger, but I feel like money comes before the customer.

Ce n'est pas une arnaque si je te cherche un autre bateau qui, bien sûr, propose d'autres conditions. Das tut mir leid das du dich nicht wohl gefühlt hast. Ich kann nur sagen das wir das Schiff zweimal am Tag reinigen und sogar desinfizieren seit Corona. Du bist auch der erste der sich über den Service beschwert was ich nicht nachvollziehen kann. Wenn jemand etwas zu trinken oder zu Essen möchte wird das immer sofort erledigt. Entschuldige falls dies bei dir nicht so war.

Lieben Dank! Am besten an der Straße parken beim nächsten mal. Moskitos auf dem Meer? Das ist mir neu und wir hatten niemals dieses Problem. Das das warme Essen du meinst sicher unsere Gambas und Albondigas zu wenig waren lag wohl daran das sie alle lecker fanden… ich werde mich bemühen beim nächsten mal für euch eine extra Portion zu machen bitte gib mit Bescheid wenn ihr kommt !
