The tour operator didn’t show up and advised that TripAdvisor cancelled our tour. We missed our opportunity to see the Rhône Valley. Not happy

It appears that your initial booking was cancelled, and while you kindly rebooked immediately, we unfortunately never received confirmation of this new reservation from TripAdvisor’s system. Tour guide Arnaud provided a full day of Rhône Valley activity, coupling it with his obvious wine knowledge and passion. His attention to detail and his first class treatment of his passengers was outstanding. My wife and I enjoyed the experience immensely.
