Great tour! Yula was super informative, friendly and kind. She took us all over Lugano at a nice relaxed pace. By the end, it was like we were old friends. The tour is as flexible as you want it to be. She gave us some great local recommendations, including a fabulous lunch spot after the tour.

Great tour, interesting and informative about the area. Yulia was also flexible enough to incorporate our wish to take a ride on the funicular into her route; she dropped us at the funicular and even helped me navigate buying the tickets.

Guide di Not show up. We were at meeting place 15 min prior to trip. Not happy at all considering cancelling the rest off our Viator trips. Had an Italian guide with a different company take us in. He tried to call Viator and got no answer! I am demanding a refund.
