Sehr schlechter Service bei Problemen

Wir konnten leider die Tour nicht durchführen da die APP auf 2 Verschiedenen Geräten nicht funktioniert hat. Wir waren über 1 Stunde am Startpunkt und haben versucht über den Suport unterstützung zu bekommen. Was uns aber nicht gelungen ist. Telefonisch kam eine Bandansage wir sollten uns an den online Suport wenden und dort landet man bei einem Dienst in den USA der einem auch nicht weiterhelfen kann. Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises ist auch noch nicht sicher müsste beantragt werden und Bewilligt wo von ich bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung habe. Auch bei der Turisteninfo haben wir unser Glück vergeblich versucht dort war nicht mal bekannt, dass es dieses Angebot gibt. Persönlich werde ich nie wieder so was Buchen hatte einen Urlaubstag über nur ärger deswegen. Ich kann leider nur die Serviceleistungen und nicht die Stadtführung beurteilen.

Ich fand die Schnitzeljagd, an sich, eine sehr coole Sache und Abenteuerreich auch für Erwachsene Ich hätte jedoch Verbesserungsvorschläge. Je nach Uhr-& Jahreszeit wird es schnell Dunkel. Gut wäre es wenn man Lampen an gewisse Posten anbringen würde. Ausserdem könnte man manche Restaurants oder Gelaterin empfehlen die auf dem Weg, zwischen den unterschiedlichen Posten sind. Somit hat man keinen Stress bei der Essensfindung.
