Tej was an excellent guide. He gave us a good overview of the history of Lugano and the Ticino region and showed us the highlights of the city. The tour was very interesting and he was a good storyteller.

This was our first time in Lugano. Florane was our guide and she was an absolute delight. Aside from giving us an excellent historical overview of the city and various sites (churches, monuments, plazas), she gave us practical advice about traveling in this city. She spoke English fluently and shared funny anecdotes as well. In short, if we ever travelled back here again - my wife and I would love to have her as our tour guide again. She was great.

Florane was wonderful! Pointed out very historical points of the city explaining with a lot of detail, she was very knowledgable, very pleasant and patient let us stop in several places of interest. we found the Riva family history very interesting.

Florane was a great tour guide and really helped us make the most of our little time in Lugano. While we got there a bit before our tour we walked through the streets to get a feel for the city ourselves. Once we started our tour she showed us beautiful art and architecture that we had missed while walking ourselves. At the end out of our tour she took time to help us navigate the cities public transportation so that we could see the top of monte San Salvatore.

The history that dates back to the 1600s and preservation of this historical sights is amazing! And the waterside views of the Swiss Alps is spectacular! This tour is a must have, highly recommended.
