I had all I needed in this tour, with an amazing guide. Roula has a charming way of storytelling that blends culture, history / architecture, and smoothly introduces how it influenced chocolate making! To a solo traveller like me, Roula was not only acknowledgeable but made it feel like I had a friend in the city :) I learned so much! and enjoyed samples of the delicious Swiss chocolate! Was happy to get insider tips on the best - not so touristic - places in Lucerne for the rest of my stay... Ending with the ice cream treat, so no dripping and walking! Highly recommended!

I had the absolute best time on this walk! Roula is an amazing guide, so experienced, relaxed, and genuinely funny! 😊 She brings history to life by connecting stories of the past, present-day culture, and how it all relates to Swiss chocolate. She took me to the best chocolatiers and showed me the hidden gems of Lucerne, making it feel like a complete engaging story.. a well-rounded experience! I loved getting delicious chocolate samples and insider tips on great local spots to visit later. On top of that, she was so kind and thoughtful to offer a choice between a refreshing ice cream or a cozy hot chocolate, which was perfect for what I needed that day. You basically get a friendly city tour and a chocolate tour with a bonus treat all in one! Absolutely a must-do tour!

Roula is fantastic and her knowledge about and passion for Luzern are visible every step of the way! Her tour was captivating for both me and my teenage daughter - we learned about things we asked and a lot more about things we didn't even know we should ask about! We walked away with a plethora of kids-friendly activities in the city, a belly full of the most delicious chocolate Switzerland has to offer, AND ice cream to top it off. Walk with Roula, you won't regret it!

We had a fantastic time strolling through the Old Town with our guide Roula, who is not only well informed about Lucerne’s history and culture, but also wonderful with children. She was so accommodating that the tour was interesting and informative for my husband and myself, yet light and fun for our grandchild, who loved interacting with her. The storytelling was so engaging - she really brought the city’s past to life, with interesting details on Swiss chocolate! The chocolate samples from authentic local shops were delicious, and of course the ice cream at the end made our grandchild very happy. :) We definitely recommend this tour!
