As part of the cooking class, I visited the Phosy Market. We were then taken to one of the most picturesque open kitchens I’ve been to. We made 1 dip, 1 dessert and 3 other dishes. The instructor Chef Sit made this so simple for us. It also helps that he has a great sense of humor. A lot of greens are used in the dishes for sure. The flavors were so well balanced! This activity is definitely a must do when you visit Luang Prabang

We had a great experience for cooking class. We shopped at the market and learned about the different foods you can buy in the market. Then we were transported to the most gorgeous countryside setting along a river for our cooking class. Everything was well organized and we made some delicious food that we got to enjoy for lunch. Our tuk tuk took us back to the hotel rather than to the meeting place at the restaurant which was a real plus. Highly recommended!

We toured the local food market sampling strange and exotic delights! Then a short drive to a stunning rural setting with an authentic kitchen well equipped and set up. Sit’s teaching was brilliant and he showed us how to prepare authentic Laos dishes with good humour and patience. We ate our delicious menu together for lunch. It was the best cookery course we’ve been on - a great experience. Thank you!

We first went to the morning market. That was realy chaotic to western eyes. Our chef helped bij explaining all.
At the cooking our cheff first made all the dishes and after we each cooked one. Same for dinner.
With the help of the cheff we cooked. Amazing dishes.
You get a cookbook and all recepies

Cocinar la comida hecha por mí. Yo soy buen cocinero y la contra es que muchas personas no sabían nada de cocina pero estuvo muy bien todo.
