Super late unreliable and rude Had to cancel the return ticket as I would have missed my flight. The van took us to a train station to stuff is into a very uncomfortable and hot bus definitely false advertising!!!!! Total time was 8 hours not 4 as advertised!! This change ended up costing me $150 for night lost, rebooking another hotel on LP for the day prior to my flight and make other arrangements to get to LP the day before (by boat) and of course lost an entire day out of my 2 full days I had booked! Stay away if you value your time and have a flight to catch on the travel date. (Even if it's later in the day) Worst experience on Laos Thank God I cancelled my return ticket and took another route and provider

Bad organization of departure

Arrived after 45 minutes late on their appointment, (we were the first to board), we boarded keeping our bags that took up space at our feet and under the seat. And we left another hour later, while we got everyone back. The scheduled departure time was 10am with an approximate arrival time at 2pm, we arrived at 3:30pm. The journey is difficult because very bad road despite good driving of the driver. A small stop halfway is made for half an hour for those who wish to go to the toilet or eat.
