DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE ON A CRUISE!! Location is one and a half hours away and they do not provide transportation! No COMMUNiCATION FROM VENDER! Impossible to contact vendor! No Pick or return. Use the ship’s shore excursions. ZERO Stars!

Regarding your comment about the transportation service before booking our tour, we have general information indicating that transportation has an additional cost from hotels around Puerto Viejo. This message is sent after you have made your reservation. We at Nativo are very sorry that we did not receive a transportation request from the Limón cruise ship port.

I signed up for the regular Zipline and the "Superman" line. My husband was concerned about the Tarzan swing portion of the Zipline and was informed that you could choose the Tarzan swing or another zipline that allowed you to continue without participating in the swing. This was good for us, since I wanted to swing and my husband did not. My husband decided that he did not want to do the Superman line and was able to return by a regular zipline. Since I had already purchased 2 Superman tickets, I asked another traveler if he would like to use my husband's place and he was thrilled to have the experience at no cost. I was happy that someone had the chance to use and thoroughly enjoy the prepaid pass. We felt that the tour guides went above and beyond helping everyone do things as safely as expected.

This was an amazing experience with my family through the rain forest canopy. We booked this tour about a week before our cruise. We had to coordinate pickup separate from the Victor tour but it was easy to leave a note if you want that and a separate link was provided to coordinate payment. This was convenient and we coordinated a pickup that worked well with our ship arrival 7 am (we departed the ship process by 8am and was picked up by the driver immediately even though our schedule time was 820am he was already there waiting with a sign, the viator start was 9am but Nativo was flexible to start whenever we arrived) and departure 530pm (the zip lines were 1.5hrs we were on schedule to be back by 1pm so we did an hour tour at the sloth sanctuary on the way back. We received reminders prior to date.
A representative was waiting for us outside the port and we walked across the street to get in the bus.
It was a long drive to the Nativo location but scenic in areas and we passed by the Sloth sanctuary algo the way (we negotiated stopping there on the way back, which could be possible because it was a personal transport with my family only and we had enough time to make it back to the boat). We saw monkeys and sloths from the route.
The rain forest area was quite impressive and the access roads were not improved for the last 15mins~.
There was harnesses, helmets and gloves for all ages and sizes in good condition. Our tiny 6yr old son and 10yr old daughter were accommodated.
They were a smooth operation, we started immediately and the zip lines are literally on these gigantic trees.
The guides were capable and safety conscious. They did tandem with the kids on the extremely long or fast lines.
We did it in a light to medium rain and it was so fun and enjoyable.
We did a bit of hiking/trekking through the rainforest. Stairs up and down high platforms. Not for the faint of heart. Definitely an adrenaline experience.

This is an experience that my wife and I will never forget. This was a bucket list thing for us and it didn’t disappoint in the slightest. John Carlo, Aaron, Andrés and the entire crew made this such a fun experience. Safety was prioritized and it allowed us to just focus on the fun part of the experience. There was so much experience in their entire crew. We also added the Superman option and it was the perfect end to our time. We would highly recommend this to anyone considering this excursion.

The trip was awesome, the guide very informative about the trees and things in general about costs Rica habitat. The only one suggestion I would have is if they could stage a few bottles of water along the way for the incline.

We had a great time zip lining with Nativo. It was my partner and I, two others, and two guides. It felt very safe and was a great amount of time (not too long, not too short!). Took about 1.5-2 hours. The jungle is hot and humid, hydrate before and dress accordingly :)

Talk about an amazing experience! Aaron and Andreas were amazing! Not only did they ensure our safety through the experience, but they would stop along the way and point out different facts about the vegetation and wild life out in the jungle. They had great personalities too, it was like we were walking through the jungle with friends. The views were like something out of a dream, beautiful. We’ll definitely be back to do it next time we’re in CR. Thanks guys!

We had a great experience on our zipline canopy tour. The employees were very professional and took safety seriously. They were kind to our children and ensured they had a great time. We arrived at the meeting point and left promptly. Would recommend to families with children (our kids were 9, 12 and 14 but there was also a family in our group with a 5 year old).

The zip-line adventure was an incredibly exciting experience that pushes the adrenaline level up! Thanks to the professional guidance of the guides we felt absolutely safe at all times.
We had booked the package including Tarzan jump – it looked more difficult at first than it actually was and was huge fun. Finally, there was the Superman ride, which was a very special highlight and a beautiful experience.
