We had the pleasure of riding to La Fortuna with Alfredo. He was very welcoming and it was a great introduction to Costa Rica. Throughout the trip, he told us fun facts about all the places we were passing by. He even stopped by a local restaurant for dinner before dropping us off. We were especially thankful that he kindly drove back to our rental property the next day to return a camera we had forgotten in his van. I would highly recommend his service to any future travelers!

The driver, Royer, was very kind. He offered to stop for lunch and we declined because we wanted to get to the hotel. Instead we stopped at a fruit stand and Royer kindly bought us some fresh fruit! He also stopped and purchased something from a second stand so that we could use the bathroom. Limited English but it was enough to get by just fine! He pointed out the volcano and blue river as we drove by them. Definitely recommend.

We had a 3 hour drive from Liberia airport to La Fortuna. Coco and his wife Carmen were great! Very efficient and friendly. We got a bit car sick on the drive with the stop and go traffic and curvy roads but overall a good experience. They were helpful with bags and paper towels and water and offered to stop for a break, restrooms, or food if needed.

Easy and efficient way to arrange transportation to La Fortuna. Our plane landed at 1030 am, and which led to too big of a window for the shared shuttle.
The staff confirmed our flight and arrival time one day before the trip. Prior to arrival, I was sent a picture right outside of the airport. I let the company know I was there and our driver pulled up within minutes holding a sign with my name. He stopped for the restroom and water for us along the drive.

Mario was on time and our drive from Liberia airport to Arenal Observatory Lodge was great! Van was clean and Mario pointed out lots of interesting things along the way.

The driver arrived before time and helped us with our bags . Very patient and polite driver. Even though we got stuck at a construction site for 15 minutes, he made sure we reached the airport on time.

Our driver Kenia from Liberia airport to La Fortuna made our 3 hour trip very memorable. She not only drove but also provided information to the places we passed by. She even took us to a beautiful Costa Rican restaurant overlooking the beautiful Lake Arenal for our break where we enjoyed great food especially the Casado which is the national dish. Kenia made our first time in Costa Rica fun and memorable.

This company was so accommodating and prompt! Booked last minute and they were there to help me with my unstable schedule. My driver was so nice and made stops on the way to look at some of the nature around Fortuna! An amazing and comfortable experience from a solo female traveler!

Driver wasn't there on time had to have another travel agent contact the driver. Not bilingual he did stop at a grocery store when I asked him to. Kept his window open instead of air conditioning on.

Jaife was the most awesome driver, very kind. We stopped for snacks at a grocery store and got to buy things local for the hotel for later, we even stopped at lake Arenal and took a photo with the view. Amazing service, prompt, kind, and wonderful.

We had a great experience with our transportation service from Liberia to La Fortuna. They were on time, vehicle was clean, waters offered, and the driver was super nice and stopped along the way when needed. We saw monkeys, sloths and toucans on route which was so exciting.

I really loved this transportation! We had Kenya as a driver and she was absolutely amazing and made us feel very comfortable. She let us stop and get some coffees and pastries and showed us some beautiful views! Was a great start to our trip!

7 Tours staff went way beyond helpful and courteous. We had difficulty making a connection due to our travel arrangements. We did not fly into the Liberia airport, but rather we arrived from another location (Tamarindo) via shuttle. They stuck with us until we were able to connect. William was a great driver, and it is best to show us all of the beauty of Costa Rica along the way.

Was a great and safe ride! Just wished we didn’t stop for so long for food. We were thinking the stop would be quick but ended up waiting a while which added an extra hour to hour and a half. Also our driver got lost going to our hotel. We were a little scared when that happened. But our driver was so nice and so excited to make our experience worthwhile! We appreciated that! He was very pleasant and worked hard to make us comfortable and beautiful Costa Rica!

The drive was very beautiful. The driver was nice and he was a good driver.
The problem was that the van was old and ac was not working properly. We had to endure the heat and humidity and we could not interact much with the driver as he could not speak English.

Fabricio was my tour guide/driver from Seven Tours Costa Rica. Very knowledgeable, professional and accomodating. He ensured that I enjoyed my 3 hour ride to the hotel. All COVID-19 protocols were followed - vehicle was clean, driver wore a mask. Based on his restaurant recommendation, we stopped for a delicious, traditional Costa Rican lunch. If you need private transportation from Liberia Airport, I recommend this service.
