The ride was boring.
Tour guide is on time and informative.
Just try to go the reindeer farm or do the reindeer ride at Santa Claus village. Not recommended.

Just a lot of fun and discovering that reindeer are like donkey. Although we loved the experience and the guides were very cool.

Appreciate the tour guide who picked us up. He is nice to take care of us, and shared his passion with the nature and those reindeer.
However, the overall experience was bad, there were only few reindeers in the farm and they were obviously reluctant to drag the people as they seemed overworked. The ride ended very fast within few minutes and there was a guy sitting in front of us, which blocked our view the whole time. The feeding experience is fairly good but more interaction would be nicer. Overall i think the tour arrangement is not very well organized.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your opinion: on some days, when the temperature is warmer than -5C, we need a guide to control the sledge. The reindeers are semi-wild animals, so we can't pet them like the huskies.
The reindeers do not want to work while it's warm weather for them, but we can't cancel the safari because of the non-dangerous weather. The reindeer farm is family-owned and private, so we hoped you would appreciate the authentic place.

Went on this trip a few days ago we loved it the men in charge were nothing but helpful taking photos for us the sleigh only takes 2 people and there’s only one reindeer pulling which I thought was a tad cruel as our reindeers seemed to be struggling maybe they should have 2 pulling also the ride could be longer I laid. £412-00 for / kids 2 x adults 2 ..we got to see and feed the younger reindeer and learned a lot a about the time it takes to train them also a lovely half hour or so in a wooden tippee with a discussion about the life in Lapland .. very nice experience lovely men .. also transfers included by a really nice man this trip is five star

A magic ride in a sleigh as the reindeer took us out onto a frozen lake and back! So fun ! Just the right amount of time. After we warmed up by a fire and then got to feed them! Took a lot of great photos !
Super cool trip with reindeer ride and reindeer feeding experience. The reindeer farm on the frozen lake is fantastic. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end. Recommend ++
The sleigh ride was terrific. I loved feeding the reindeer they have the most beautiful personalities and the guides were terrific. It is a must if you're visiting Levi. Book this tour.

Thank you for your feedback. You have booked a tour Reindeer safari 1 km ride. 1 km is a relatively short distance itself, it feels like time flies. To have a longer experience with reindeer ride we advise you to book 3km ride or more.
The tour lasts 2 hours, on the farm you spend 1,5 hour enjoying the ride and other activities. On your tour you were given a rare possibility to drive the sledge with reindeer yourself without a guide, very few farms grant this option to their customers. Then after the ride you took a reindeer for a walk back to the fences yourself with the guide help, interacted with reindeer like locals do. At the fence you could also pet and feed reindeer under a thorough guidance, listening to the stories and local farmers explanations. After the ride and reindeer feeding you were taken to a lappish traditional kota, sitting by the fire, enjoying hot juice and snacks, while the guide were continuing his stories about life of a reindeer herder.
We hope that the videoclips of your ride taken by our guide will provide you with long lasting memories of an encounter with the most cherished animal in Lapland - reindeer.

Bonjour, notre guide nous a pressé il regardait souvent sa montre pour accéder la visite. Visite qui n’était pas particulièrement préparée car après la balade avec les rennes nous avons erré dans le domaine. Nous ne recommandons pas cette activité car le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas au rdv.

We have provided you with a 1 km reindeer safari and after that, our guide led you to see the reindeer farm, which is owned by one family for the past 40 years. Then you fed the small reindeers, and learned how the reindeers live on the farm, so you had to walk on the farm's land.

Ein "Must-See" auf der To-Do Liste in Levi. Der Transfer hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Im Huskypark durften wir neben der Schlittenfahrt, die Huskies streicheln, Rentiere füttern und einen Tee und ein Würstchen in einem Tippie zu uns nehmen. Ein insgesamt sehr schöner AUsflug, der sich mega gelohnt hat.
