Pickups start within 30 minutes to 1 hour before your tour starts. Exact pickup time and location will be informed by email the day before. Please contact the activity provider if you have not received your pickup time. Please be ready and wait at the agreed meeting point 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Freezing uncomfortable ride

Guide was great. The view of the stars in the sky was beautiful. No northern lights sadly. Sleigh was not as envisaged basically a wooden box. Despite having all the gear on we were freezing. Blankets were provided but they were thin and not much use. Some heavier bla kers would have been appreciated as the cold was biting. Wr paid 84 pounds each for a party of 8 none of us thought this was value for money..
