Lovely trip on board of a catamaran. The crew Gonzalo and Silvia were lovely. It was only a small group on board so we had plenty of space. We got to see a small group of dolphins too. Great experience I would absolutely recommend it

Great experience. Our captain (Gonzalo) made excellent contact with us before the trip to offer directions and advice. Small group number meant we were able to chat to other travellers. All the crew were very knowledgeable and were very generous with their time. No question went unanswered. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately we didn't see any wildlife as the sea was so choppy but we knew that was a possibility going in, you can't control nature. Even without any whale or dolphin sightings we still thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The crew were very friendly and explained everything to us, they clearly love what they do and have a huge respect for the wildlife. The views were amazing, seeing lanzarote from the water is something I would recommend to anyone! The landscape against the setting sun is beautiful. It was nice to get a drink and some peanuts while we were out there too.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and kind tour guides (Gonzalo and co.). They took care of everyone incl. kids very well. They provide us with a snack and a drink along the way. The dolphins showed up and we sailed along with them at the last minute on the way back to the port. It was a fantastic experience. But even the sailing on its own and to be in the look out for dolphins was also exciting! It became a bit cold towards the evening so I would recommend to bring something warm to put on.

Highly recommend this experience. The captain was extremely knowledgable and kind (giving me a jacket when I was cold towards the end). However, it was meant to come with snacks and drinks for the price. We had to share some corn between two of us (in a half of a coconut) and no drinks. Would have liked it to been faster about in the boat as I found 4kz a little slow when in the open sea. However, this is me being picky and would give it 4.5 if I could.

Although we were not lucky enough to see dolphins the boat trip was very nice, the crew was fantastic and the landscape very beautiful.

The boat crew were amazing people :) The cathamaran experience was new to us and despite not seing any dolphins or whales, ( alas nature) we still saw some sea turtles and the vibes were amazing.

While the scenery was stunning, the experience left much to be desired. Unfortunately, we didn't spot any animals, which is understandable and beyond anyone's control. However, the trip could have been significantly improved with more engagement and education from the crew.
Throughout most of the journey, the crew hardly interacted with us. It wasn’t until the end of the trip that they finally came around with a poster of the species we might have seen and gave a brief 5-minute talk. This minimal interaction made the trip feel less engaging and informative.
It would have been much more enjoyable if the crew had provided more information about the local area, explained why we were visiting certain spots, and shared insights on the marine life we were hoping to see. A continuous educational commentary could have made the absence of wildlife sightings more bearable and the overall experience more enriching.
In summary, while the natural beauty of the trip was undeniable, the lack of interaction and educational content from the crew made the experience feel lackluster. With more effort in engaging and educating the passengers, this trip could have been truly memorable.

Amazing experience with an incredible crew. The organisations passion clearly shines through the entire experience and makes for an incredible evening. We were lucky enough to see both a pod of dolphins and whales which was incredible. Evidence of the crews insight and care for these animals showed enormously when other companies started circling the animals. The crew explained that they would not join in as the animals were scared and would feel trapped. This then meant once the commercial companies had disappeared we experienced the magnificent creatures without all the business. A surreal experience! Thank you so much to Gonzalo and the crew for such an incredible evening and please keep up the fantastic work of your organisation.

An amazing experience, very welcoming and knowledgeable people. Would highly recommend and support this initiative. We manged to see many dolphins and even a whale! Very respectful of the animals, they even serve softs drinks from sustainable producers supporting the ocean with purchase and part of the revenue goes to the whale association. We also have a lovely keepsake of a Polaroid picture which the team provided, everything about this experience was just amazing ✨

A wonderful trip with Gonzalo and his team on board La Santa Maria. Smooth booking process, great communication pre and post trip and complimentary drinks and blankets. We had a a really striking sunset despite the clouds and we’re also lucky enough to see dolphins and a whale. Highly recommend.

Off to Puerto Calero to our water safari with WeWhale to spot (hopefully) whales and dolphins…
We saw 2 types of dolphins but no whales.
But what an amazing 2.5 hour trip!
Our crew - Gonzalo, Patricia and another lovely girl who’s name escapes me - looked after us so well, plying us with drinks and snacks and pointing out where the dolphins were and taking photos for us, as well as expertly crewing “La Santa Maria”, our electric catamaran and handing out blankets as the wind increased and the temperature dropped.
A superb trip if you get the chance to go!

C'était top équipe au top, l'excitation de chercher les animaux marins, on as vue les dauphins et des baleines, la petit collation était bonne, le coucher de soleil magnifique derrière les volcans et ce calme grace au bateau électrique !

C'était une balade formidable. Merci aux deux capitaines pour l'accueil et la gentillesse. Le partage des informations sur les mammifères marins en français par le capitaine Gonzalo a été très apprécié par les enfants et les plus grands! Et clou du spectacle nous avons pu profiter des dauphins qui jouaient dans les vagues de la Santa Maria, le catamaran electrique. Merci pour tout!
