Would highly recommend this tour. Ivan (24 yrs), the Guide was excellent, very friendly and approachable. The pre-meet instructions were clear and given two days in advance, mostly via wattsapp. The meet point is easy to find and Ivan had our bikes ready and waiting for us. Note there is NO basket or bag carrier on the bike, so suggest wearing a small back pack or cross body bag during the tour for your personal items. We finished in the same place as we started, and Ivan took care of the bikes for us as we walked back to our hotel.
Both my friend and I are in our early 50's and have a good level of fitness. The e-bikes were easy to use, comfortable and in very good condition. Ivan gave a full overview of how they work, and what the tour would entail before we set off. It was just my friend and I and we really valued the 121 experience rather than a large group of mixed abilities and fitness levels etc.
We stopped off at several lovely viewing locations and Ivan gave a brief history of each place we stopped at, plenty of time to take lots of photos. There was no pressure to go really fast, the pace was just fine for us.
We biked up to a beautiful waterfall and got off bikes to walk right up close to it, stunning. We then biked down, through pretty villages, theres lots to look at en route and there was very little traffic. We stopped at a small cafe and were served traditional Italian style lunch, pizzas, dips, breadsticks, garlic bread and were offered a drink of your choice. I had a Peroni, my friend had a wine, Very nice to sit down and take in the scenery and Ivan was very knowledgeable on the area and its history and was interested in us and was happy to engage in conversation and answer any of our many questions.
Ivan took great care of us and had our safety at the forefront of the 3 hour tour. His interest and passion of cycling is clear when you speak with him and he is the ideal type of guide for taking tourists around.
Ivan was fluent in English, so communication was not an issue. I would do the tour again, it was a really nice activity to do during our 4 day visit to Como. Hope the review helps.

Excellent experience with our guide Ivan. He was organized and planned a great ride for 4 hours taking us through beautiful villages along the lake climbing up to a waterfall. Stopped for a stop for food. Highly recommend!

It was just my husband and me on the tour with our guide Jack. Jack was really great and shared lots of interesting info about the area, as well as recommendations for other places to visit and restaurants in Como.
The e-bikes were good and the route was mainly on quiet roads and cycle paths, with only a few sections on busy roads.
We enjoyed the tour, and getting off the beaten track a bit, though it is an expensive experience.

Wonderful excursion with a great guide. The hills were manageable thanks to the e-assist bikes. The included lunch was very good and in a nice shaded waterfront area.

Our bike ride around Lake Como was awesome! It was our favorite part of our stay on the lake and in Italy. Jack was an awesome guide - fun, personable, patient, and a strong rider. He took us to the most beautiful places on the ride and made us feel safe the whole way. His love for his home was evident and infectious. We enjoyed good conversation - this will be a day we will always remember. 1000/10 will ride again with Jack when we come back.

Wow! What a wonderful tour. Ivan was an amazing tour guide and the ride was beautiful. The area is so pretty and would be very difficult to see on foot or by car. The waterfall was so pretty. It rained during our ride but it did not take away from the tour at all. It was actually a memorable part of the trip. Ivan was a great guide and a pleasure to work with. He kept us well informed. He made the ride very enjoyable and had a nice pace. Not too fast or too slow for a couple of older people! The bikes worked great and were fun to ride. If you are in Como you should take this bike trip!

Fun experience with knowledgeable and very kind personable tour guide. Amazing tour with great views of the lake. Don’t need to be a pro cyclist to complete your. Our family had all levels of fitness and all enjoyed the day! Lunch by the lake was tasty and with a beautiful view too
