Boat never showed up. Never received cancellation notice. Organizer never responded to chat provided to supposedly contact organizer. Still waiting for refund.
same as a ferry ride. would recommend saving the money and using it towards a ferry ride to get to another part of the lake.
We booked this for something to do in the middle of the day and it was a fantastic value! It was a great opportunity to relax and hear just a little bit about the scenery on Lake Como
