Accepting tour and cancelling at last moment despite knowing weather conditions not good. Shouldn't have kept the booking open only, my 350 euros got stuck with Viator which will take more than 3 days to be refunded.

Dear customer, we are truly sorry if you think that the conditions of the Viator operator are pathetic.
Unfortunately when you book we are not the ones who accept the booking but the system does it automatically, as you reported the weather conditions did not allow navigation, therefore for our company the safety of our passengers comes first.
We refunded you immediately and regret that you had to wait three days to get the amount you paid back from Viator operator.
We put a lot of effort and attention into everything we do but the ability to predict the weather three days in advance is not possible, given that it was a sudden strong wind and not rain. With the hope that it will return to COMO we invite you again on our magnificent boats to discover our beautiful lake.
Reiterating our regret for the inconvenience you have suffered, we take this opportunity to send you our cordial greetings.

Antonio was an amazing captain and tour guide. Helped with everything. He picked us up and dropped us off at a custom location and time, was knowledgeable and fun.
Terrific experience. The weather started off a bit iffy but cleared enough to thoroughly enjoy the experience. Our guide Antonio, was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of insight about the region - all with a great sense of humor.

Lovely boat trip to see some of the sights of Lake Como. Given it is only an hour you don’t get very far up the lake but that is to be expected. Boat was beautiful, really lovely experience.

Absolutely brilliant. It’s the best way to see the lake and our guide (Antonio I believe) was wonderful. He answered all our questions and showed us some wonderful parts of the lake. The bottle of fizz was a nice touch too. Would definitely use them again

Our guide was very accommodating and the views are spectacular! Unique experience to see sights from the boat. Many highlights and would like more history and facts about the lake. Please add more information to the tour!

Thank you girls for your suggestion, we do a lot to make our tours special, in that sense we ate them by showing you the water fall of Nesso which was not foreseen in the one hour tour.
Unfortunately with only one hour of tour it is not possible to see the whole lake.
I hope to have you again as my guests on a longer cruise to show you all the beauties of my land.

Luca is funny and caters to all your needs as well as being informative and showing us the most beautiful spots on the lake!!
He helped plan a perfect proposal on the lake and it went swimmingly well!

Luca was a great captain and host with some funny anecdotes from his life on Lake Como. What an excellent way to see the scenery.

Malheureusement on est arrivé très en retard au rdv. Très difficile quand on connaît pas l endroit de trouver l endroit de rdv et trouver un endroit pour ce garer. Du coup on a pas pu faire la balade . On a perdu l argent mais on a pris un autre bateau et on a pu profiter quand même de cette sortie sur le lac même si on a du payer encore une fois. Pas la même personne mais aucun regret la balade à été extraordinaire
