This is a scam that is ran by what appears to be a Turkish gang. I paid for a private yacht but instead was confronted by a gang who tried to intimidate me and my family into sharing a ride with another couple on a disgusting looking old boat. I refused and walked away! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS LIKE I DID!!!

I honestly think for the price it was not worth it at all, they promised us Prosecco on board but we didn’t have any, the only memorable thing was when the guide only spoke hatefully for a while about Donatella Versace.
It didn’t feel like an exclusive experience at all, the boat stoped for more than 10 min because apparently everyone in the boat had to sign a contract, which is fine, but that time of the 1h tour I payed was lost.
So I don’t recommend it, the guide never stopped the boat for some pictures and always was on a hurry, the Prosecco they promised us never arrived and the tour didn’t last an hour.
So I’m quite disappointed honestly.

This was a scam. On the day of the event, a couple of hours before, we received a Whatsapp message saying that their original boat was broken, hence we should pay 80€ more for a private tour on another boat. I said that they could honor the price even if it was another boat, but they refused. When I mentioned that the situation was frustrating, they said that it was also frustrating for them having to pay for their boat repairs. Obviously, we had no time to make alternate arrangements and ended up with no tour at all. Not sure why Viator works with this company. Stay away.

Don't say we're scammers every day, offering our best so you can enjoy what, as described in more than 400 reviews, is one of the most beautiful experiences on Lake Como.
